Panorama Lodge and Restaurant

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Panorama lodge in Namche Bazar, Nepal! The lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (especially Arjun, who was way too sweet to help us), making us feel right at home [Thank you Amma and Mingma] . The food was delicious and plentiful, and the hot showers in the room were a lovely treat after a long day of trekking. The lodge's atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely fireplace and comfortable common areas. We felt so well taken care of and relaxed during our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Panaromia for making our time in Namche Bazar so special. We can't wait to return some day!

Incredible staff, amazing food, great espresso machine, filtered water, and the heated blankets are a game changer. Loved staying here when I was going through the valley. Mingma really does know how to run a great place. Would stay again.

Cozy, peaceful and beautiful place, and wonderful people! Great service and food, with high standards throughout. I stayed two nights on the way up and two nights on the way down, and I will definitely come back. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Namche. Special thanks to Mingma for the nice conversations and for rebooking my Lukla flight. Highly recommended!

My stay at Panorama Lodge in Namche Bazar was nothing short of exceptional. Accompanied by my daughter Vedika, we experienced the perfect blend of traditional Sherpa warmth and modern hotel standards. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness truly reflect the heartwarming essence of Sherpa culture. The lodge itself is a haven of comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The panoramic views from the lodge were breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the experience. The food at Panorama Lodge is superb. Each meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, catering to both local and international tastes. Vedika especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the dishes served. Special mention must be made of the staff, whose dedication and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready with a smile, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. In summary, Panorama Lodge offers an excellent combination of Sherpa hospitality and modern amenities, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Namche Bazar. We left with fond memories and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, hot water is constantly in the room, wifi and charging gadgets are included in the room rate. Delicious food in the restaurant. Free drinking water at any time. Electric sheets in the rooms. Super nice and polite hosts, friendly staff. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Namche. We stopped on the way to the Base Camp and back. Probably the best hotel on the track. I recommend.

I felt very much at home at the Panorama Lodge, the service was excellent as was the food. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone traveling to Namche, young old solo or group. The staff and owners will do anything to accommodate and fulfill your needs.

Favorite place we stayed! I highly recommend staying here. The staff is very friendly, they have nice facilities, good food, and they were extremely helpful for us. Mingma answered many questions we had even before arriving and helped us get a porter/guide once we arrived in Namche (Tula was fantastic, took great care of us and made a trip so much better). Panorama welcomed us with tea and shared the knowledge of the area. The standard room was the warmest room we had the entire trek. It was a great place to (nearly) start and end our journey.

Lodge with a panoramic views of Namche Bazaar and the surrounding Mountains. Conveniently located nearby the Sherpa Culture Museum and Everest View point with Sherpa Tenzing Norgay statue . Mr Mingma the owner is knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful with advice on Everest trekking activities. I met very diverse and interesting guests from lodge. Highly recommend this place , please stay for a few days to visit , explore and learn about the history and culture of Namche and its nearby villages.

Such kind and welcoming staff! They really added to our experience in the area by sharing their knowledge of trails, history, and connections. Food (and even coffee) was great. Our room was bright and clean.
