5mins drive from farm tomita. Supermarket beside. Sumptuous dinner and breakfast with room booking. Huge onsen and a sauna room. The room we stayed is spacious for us and three luggage - with a fantastic view of the famous mountains. Thank you!

*⭐ Great countryside stay* Furano Le Terre has a really good onsen — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day out. Breakfast was unique too, with lots of local Furano ingredients you don’t usually get at hotels.

Good location. There is a big supermarket and nitori next to hotel. Nice 12 compartment Japanese box for breakfast. Many vending machines. Lobby serves free coffee.

I really love this hotel with beautiful mountain view behind hotel as you see in the hotel image. It is not big but cozy and clean ,the staff is friendly. I love onsen on 2 nd floor just next to your room. It is the best decision to stay here in Furano , a lot of space for car park area. Before leaving we go to popular farm next to hotel and enjoy melon ice cream with very impressive mountain view . It is so enjoyable trip and convenient since we rent a car from Toyota Rent A car and drive from Takikawa to Biei and left the car at furano station.

First visit to furano and we are glad to have chosen this hotel. The view from our hotel room was amazing. Hotel service was great too. Meals provided. Worth the price.

Very nice accomodation provided, with superb cleanliness and big spacious rooms. We got a very beautiful view of the snow capped mountains from our room window. Although the receptionist seems hard to understand talking in English, but he made every effort to try to ensure us to have a smooth check-in process. An enjoyable and pleasant stay indeed!

We have no regrets staying here—it was the perfect peaceful and relaxing trip. The view, surrounded by untouched snow, is simply fantastic. The Japanese-style room is spacious enough to comfortably fit 3–4 people. Our child had the joy of playing in the fresh snow right outside the hotel, which made for an unforgettable experience. This has truly become our favourite hotel in Furano. Breakfast and dinner are served individually, with authentic Japanese flavours that taste wonderful. The convenience of having a supermarket right next to the hotel is another plus. A stay here is all about comfort, nature, and memorable family moments. Worth the value.

This is a onsen hotel. Beside this hotel has a huge supermarket and a melon ice cream restaurant. They served individual breakfast. The view near the hotel is excellent. There is ample parking space near the hotel

We booked this hotel through Trip.com mainly because the listing clearly stated that baby cots were available for the room type we selected. We also specifically indicated in our booking request that a baby cot was needed, and requested for a large bed instead of two separate beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with two separate beds and there was no baby cot prepared. When we approached the reception to ask about it, we were simply told that the room was too small to accommodate a baby cot. No alternative solution or assistance was offered. What made the experience more disappointing was that we noticed there were larger vacant rooms available, yet no upgrade or room change was offered despite the situation. We felt this could have been handled much better, especially since the availability of a baby cot was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place. As the room arrangement was unsuitable for our family with a baby, we also requested to shorten our stay and asked if a refund could be provided for the unused night. Unfortunately, this request was rejected as well, despite the issue arising from the mismatch between the hotel listing and the actual situation. The hospitality was below expectations and honestly not what we expected from Japanese service standards. Breakfast was also rather average. Overall, we felt misled by the Trip.com listing and disappointed with how the issue was handled by the hotel staff.

Quiet area, it is located at north of Furano. Driving to Jingle Terrace take about 30mins. Breakfast provided is traditional Japanese style. The dining area is spacious is full window can see snow during winter. Hotel room is very big and spacious for family stay.
