Te Aroha

Had a comfortable stay at Te Aroha Shervani. Spread Resort type feel. Breakfast was delicious with many options and live counter as well. Food taste was excellent. Ambience was homely and location is superb. Every room is different with unique theme. Overall had a great stay.

Breathtaking views, quaint interiors and a super hospitable staff! Comfy mattresses and pillows! Well lit and Ventilated rooms. Reach out to the cute corners in the property to enjoy a quiet read. Also the Gulab Jamun is to die for For a change the welcome drink was yumm (made from local flower extracts)!!

The property is heritage property and is so beautifully designed and built. It has all the amenities and a great museum with Bollywood theme. The property is very well maintained and has a great view from the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food here is really amazing and we enjoyed the food a lot specifically the malai chicken and mutton galauti kabab. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff made it a great experience.

Te Aroha by Shervani group is an excellent resort to spend your holiday away from the noise of the city.  Located at Dhanachuli, which is approximately 18 minutes away from Mukhteshwar main market area, This property is beautiful, well designed, use of beautiful bold soothing colors, giving theme to each room or area, and has an excellent collection of antique items, which will keep you engaged and inspire you to explore the entire property. The resort is overlooking another hill, and the sunset view from the room/bed is mesmerizing. During the winter, the view of the snow filled Himalayan ranges is clearly visible from the rooms/balcony. Which makes this property even more interesting. The drive from Kathgodam/Bhim Tal is smooth, the roads are good, and people who love to drive will enjoy driving around the mountain roads. The welcome drink made of local buransh flowers, ***** with a warm towel to clean your face, was refreshing. The entire team led by Mr. Devendra is excellent, and they will all ensure that your stay at the resort is memorable. Ample car parking ***** the road near the property or inside the property allows hassle-free parking, and the walk to the room from the reception is refreshing while you pass by apple, plum, peach, akhrot, pear, and many more trees ***** with beautiful flower laden plants. The area for the bonfire and swing is not to be missed in the evening. Each room has a different theme, and the furniture, bed. The chairs are all antique in nature, and the ambience of the room and the view from the room towards the valley/mountain are beautiful. The room service is very quick, and the food is very tasty. A special mention goes to Mr. Kali Das, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Pankaj, and Chef Prakash ji and his team. The food spread is well thought through, and everything prepared is very tasty. Mr. Mukesh from Restaurant understands very well his guest requirements and goes the extra mile to take care to explain the menu and the food options to his guests. The trip organized by the resort in the morning to go for mountain trekking and the evening trip to the village/orchid in the valley area were excellent. The morning trip takes 1+ hours, and the evening trip takes 3+ hours, approx.. and requires lots of walking. People who are having difficulty in walking/climbing should avoid it. It is highly recommended to spend at least 3-5 hours exploring the property, including the museum/play area/reading area/inner part of the restaurant with old nostalgic Bollywood posters/photos. A special mention goes to Mr. Devendra, Mr. Gaurav, and Mr. Rajendra for all the hospitality. The entire team is well trained/groomed under the leadership of Mr. Devendra, and he is always available to support/guide the guest, right from travel guidance to cab booking to guidance on traveling to the property.   It is a beautiful resort and highly recommended, if you are traveling to Mukhteshwar.

A very Antique yet very vibrant property. Especially the rooms which gives you the feel of richness and nostalgia yet very comfortable and ease, no doubt you have to explore. the property itself is a sightseeing as it is spread well over also one thing which I found to be Unique is the names or how they number their rooms- visit the property to know more.

Placed on a hill top near Mukteshwar, this is a hidden treasure. You will be blown away by the snowscape views from throughout the property. All rooms that they have are differently designed and decorated with unique features in each. They have a dedicated 2BHK villas & 3BHK villa option which is unparalleled and perfect for families. It has all necessary features like activity room, library, bon-fire etc that will keep one engaged. Food is quite good especially their local kumaon cuisine. Definitely a must visit place.
