Zana in the Wild, Dhikuli, Jim Corbett

I went with my family for my birthday weekend and I had an absolutely amazing time here. The property, the views from it, their attention to little details.. everything was on point . It was an experience to remember! It was very sweet of their housekeeping team, Chiranjeev,who prepared a towel art for us with a special note . He had an arranged cake for us to make it more special. In all, a very great experience and I wouldnt look for any place else even if I visit Jim corbett again:)

I had a wonderful time staying at Zana – A Luxury Escape with my family two days ago in the room Irwin. The ambiance was elegant, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to Mr. Mohit from F & B service , who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and great recommendations truly stood out. Everything about our visit was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

We stayed in Suits rooms and we were pleasantly surprised with the modern amenities placed inside the room and the sheer size of every room. The bathrooms were superb, Housekeeping service is very good , cleanness is superb . Karan from housekeeping come meat with us to know about the feedback and stay experyance who was literally the most helpful person. .If you are traveling with friends as we were with 3 other couples, the Tiger tail Suits is a great idea Honestly speaking we have been to a few properties around Corbett including Taj and i would recommend Zana over everything any day.

I traveled with my friends to Jim Corbett for the weekend from Delhi. Very first the staff, especially the ones at the reception who checked us in and the ones who took care of the check out formalities, were very welcoming and polite. We were served with a welcome drink. We were helped to our rooms. Mr Aditya is a sweet guy too. The staff took care of us to the utmost level! The other people were equally polite(Including the night manager and night watchmen as well). I really like the way the entire staff greeted me in the morning! (which added to the overall experience) The classic rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. The location of the property made it all so much better. It is near to the Kosi River, Garija Devi Temple, Girija Safari Zone Gate and the suspension bridge. One can go for a walk from the resort to the suspension bridge to enjoy the view. Adventure Activities like Hot Air Balloon and Rafting are also nearby. It’s so calm and peaceful. The food was good. They even helped us with our Safari Bookings. It is a newly built property.The arcade room is a hit. It is great for the kids and even adults as well. The place has a lot of Mango trees within its complex. Fortunately, the weather was also good during our stay which added to the experience. Overall experience at Zana was awesome. I would also like to specially mention Mr Sameer (from the central reservations team) who helped us a lot with our bookings. Kudos to the team!

I’d like to give my feedback for housekeeping guy chiranjeev. He was very polite and ready to provide service during odd hours. The cleaning was very good and the room were very clean. Honestly at first I didn’t expect much but after seeing the service and condition of the rooms I will come again for sure. Love the experience. Thankyou guys.

It was our first time at ZANA Jim Corbett and we are so so happy with the service & the lovely property! Everyone around is so happy to help & courteous as well as genuinely present. Would like to give a shoutout to Lucky & Darvan who were lovely :)
