The Palace Balvedere

I had a wonderful stay at The Palace Belvedere. The hotel beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the rooms were both spacious and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions with Lake view from balcony. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and relaxing getaway.

Don’t Waste Your Money Belvedere Palace was one of the worst stays in two nights. I have booked the hotels on Agoda with complimentary Breakfast But Hotel denying for free breakfast and misbehaved us. The bathroom was filthy, foul-smelling, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The room we were given was not worth even ₹1,500. A geyser was provided, but it took 40–50 minutes just to fill one bucket with hot water. With three people in a room, it became very inconvenient and time-consuming to get ready. Reaching the hotel is also a challenge. The approach road is extremely narrow and steep, so if you're driving your own vehicle, be prepared for a tricky ride—you’ll need to be a confident and experienced driver. the food taste was quite poor and not enjoyable at all. The water supply in bathroom was very poor and the tap was not working properly.

Good: beautiful location, walkable to most things around the city, great view of the lake, beautiful birds chirping every morning Bad: property is not maintained well. Our bathroom had a very bad, almost septic tank like smell coming from it, we had to keep the door closed and the fan running our entire stay and the smell persisted in the bathroom. The breakfast was included in our price package but it was very average.
