Worst experience no hot water available at 3 degree celsius bad matress and blanket with hair, which means non replaced blanket was provided, very bad experience

The room is actually better in real. Don’t go for the photos. Excellent view from the balcony and its totally a comfy stay

Very good, satisfied with services and hotel. Prim hotel situated at good locations with proper basic facilities. Anf also there is no problem at all.

Hotel situated at prime location, walkable distance to mall road, parking available. Good food
hot water available on timing based which should be provided full day this should need to improve. Overall good experience.

Stay was good, property located at mall road, easily accessible to mall road with out any vehicle, housekeeping service was ok, veg food very delicious but non-veg food not up to the mark, overall good experience recommended for book this property also this hotel is good parking facility

Rooms are good in size but basic facilities are missing like gyser, hygiene, dirty toilets, lift is not available in this hotel. One thing is super good which is staff, they are very polite. Food is okok.

No facility no hot water according to their high prices poor water supply and hygiene single staff doing all the work in a hotel

The rooms were neat and clean, the view from the room is awesome and it's in close proximity to the mall road. However, the limited time slot for hot water supply is a problem. Also, looking at the room charges they should provide at least an electric kettle in rooms for guests.

Hotel is at prime location near to nainital lake with parking and staff is also supportive, recommended.
