This is one of the good heritage hotel I visited off late. The ambience is well curated and gives a real good feeling of the bygone era. Various photographs ***** with information takes us back in the olden days. The food taste is very delicious and no complains on this. The cleanliness of the premises is very well maintained m the staff is very polite and special mention of Mr. Ranjeet Kanwal who helped us with suggestions as well as logistics arrangements for the sightseeing. Good experience overall and would recommend this hotel.

Great property, excellent staff, high level of cleanliness and hygiene, lovely lawns, good buffet spread of food…ideal for holiday for couples, families and groups…local sightseeing drivers arranged by hotel were good and cooperative

We have explored quite a few hotels in Nanital, but Heritage Ashdale we found one hotel which has everything, good service, good food, very welcoming and trained staff in short very good stay and a recommended property if any one visit Nanital. We were two families and with our two little ones and we got everything that you need for your little ones. Thanks you soo much Heritage Ashdale team for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. Really enjoyed 😊

The hotel is Beautiful and the rooms are excellent.Staff is courteous and well trained.Property is near to mall at the same time it's away from the hustle bustle of the city.property talks a out the bygone era ..Gives a feel of British days as this a summer house converted in to a luxury boutique hotel.Thank To the entire team .Special Mention to the the G.M Mr.Farhan Ansari he make sure that every guest is taken care well. He comes with a humble background.we would love to yo meet you and your team soon .Cheers !

After staying at the Savoy and Stori..welcome heritage properties last year.Had booked this hotel with high expectations.The pros first the location is ideal away from the hustle bustle of the mall yet only a kilometer away.The rooms are beautiful and clean.. Coming to the food..the dinner buffet was limited and tasteless. WHAT is shocking is the Service..only 2 bottles of bottled water a day...is complimentary..elsewhere in most top hotels it'scomplimenrary.At dinner I asked for some sauted vegetables but was told it can't be done Next i asked for some dinner rolls with the soup..here also was told its not available. .Am used to much better service where every department goes out of their way to cater to the requests of their guests...The service and food department really need to improve.Would really think twice before considering this property

I checked-in with my parents on the May 12, 2024 at WelcomHeritage, Ashdale. And I can certainly say that this was one of the best stays we have had in any property over the last few years. Right from the surrounding location to the British-time aesthetics and ambience; every bit about this property was extremely captivating. The staff was really generous and warm. A special shout out to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Farhan Ansari for his impeccable support and reception throughout our stay. We would also like to highly appreciate the front desk's continuous support in promptly arranging cabs and other services for us. We loved our meals at the restaurant and were delighted to see the variety of food and beverages served. We will be back to the property soon, this time with more people and for more nights.

wonderfull experience with welcome heritage ashdale. Awesome reception and delicious food we enjoyed throughout our stay.Staff are very humble and supportive. Property is very well maintained.Mr. sayyad Zaffar husain arranged delicious food on time for us 🙂. Must try once this property in Nainital to spent quality time with family.

It is one of the best Heritage hotels in Nainital.Food is excellent and staff is courteous.Rooms are quite Spacious and mountain facing.It has got ample amount of car parking space.It is also near to the famous Mall road which is approx a kilo metre.

I guess we stayed at one of the best Property of Nainital. The rooms were spacious and proper ventilation. The food was amazing and their chef Mr. Suman Bisht, he served us very delicious food.. and the food serving was also amazing. Mr. Ishan, the hotel manager he is so humble. We would really appreciate their hospitality..the traveller's who like history..it's a best place for them.. we would definitely visit here again ....
