Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa

Hyatt Regency Naha là một nơi dừng chân lý tưởng khi đi du lịch Okinawa. Khách sạn gần Kokusai Dori, một con phố dài với các cửa hàng và nhà hàng, các khu chợ nhỏ hơn và phố đồ gốm. Đi bộ khoảng 10 phút là đến đường sắt đơn. Đi taxi một đoạn ngắn là đến cảng để đi phà đến một hòn đảo khác và sân bay Naha. Bữa sáng tự chọn có giá cả phải chăng cho một lựa chọn khiêm tốn. Tuy nhiên, có rất nhiều nơi để ăn trong khu vực. Nhân viên tuyệt vời và hữu ích.

Hyatt này nằm ở góc phố đông đúc nhất Kokusai Dori, nơi bạn có thể dễ dàng ăn uống và mua sắm. Đi bộ 8 phút đến Yui Rail, nơi bạn có thể đi vòng quanh phía nam Naha. Phòng của tôi rất sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Người dọn dẹp dọn dẹp hàng ngày mặc dù chính sách của khách sạn nêu rõ họ chỉ dọn dẹp 3 ngày một lần. Giấc ngủ khá yên tĩnh và ấm cúng. Điểm trừ duy nhất là hồ bơi nhỏ và chỉ có một bồn tắm nước nóng. Hơi đông đúc vào khoảng 4 giờ chiều. Có lẽ tôi sẽ đến vào buổi sáng lần tới.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Naha had its positive moments, but there were several disappointments, notably the parking experience and the breakfast spread. Despite booking well in advance and specifying our need for accessible parking due to an elderly, disabled family member, we were told upon arrival that the on-site parking was full. Frustratingly, other guests—Japanese-speaking and arriving after us—were allowed to park on-site, which felt inconsistent and dismissive of our needs. The hotel directed us to a nearby commercial car park, but the directions were vague, causing us to circle the area three times before finding it. We ultimately had to return to the lobby for more precise instructions. This added stress and delay was especially inconvenient, given our situation. The breakfast experience also left us disappointed. Although affordably priced, the selection was minimal, lacking variety and quality we expected from a Hyatt property. With such a limited spread, breakfast felt underwhelming and not reflective of the hotel’s usual standards. While our stay had some comfortable aspects, the lack of consideration in parking arrangements and limited breakfast options diminished the overall experience. We hope the Hyatt Regency Naha improves these areas to better meet the needs of future guests.

Don’t be fooled, this hotel is extremely old and requiring significant upkeep and renovation to meet 5 star standards. Staff stand back and watch you struggle carrying your luggage, ask for your name on check in and write it on a piece of paper only to be asked another 2 times by check in staff. The most disappointing aspect was the pool area closed off in 25 degree celcius temperatures. It is clear the hotel is cost cutting by closing the pool area from Dec-Feb as many other hotels in the area have open pools as they know Okinawa is warm in February. The “whirlpool” was dirty, covered in mould and grime requiring a good clean. The fitness centre was OK along with the size of the room. I would not recommend this property, choose another hotel.

Hotel is located near main attraction. Room is clean too.
