It was a pleasant stay. The staffs were really polite. I even reached a couple of hours before the checking time but they were kind enough to allot me a room without any fuss. It is located near the airport and is pretty cheap compared to the other hotels in that 2-3 km radius.

Place is decent, but the only issue is not a single person was there to assist in baggage transfer to room, short of staffs

It is not hotel, their service is worse than service apartments. For room keys, need to go to another hotel. No room service, not even cup of tea. Even packaged water, they bring from outside.

Good place to stay i love the rooms and it feels like home every time i stay there. You can also stay with family it is too comfortable

Superb stay. Room service was excellent and best in class. I should say it is must stay hotel in nagpur.
