Hotel is located at remote place, out from the town area. The hotel room is big, spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful, but slow in respond. After several times of reminders, then, we managed to get our packed breakfast.

Good hotel experience. Especially compared to other hotels in the city. The food however was not the best feature about the hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Room were clean, staff was polite and both breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was good stay at Le-Meridien Nagpur ,,, Nice spacious room , Comfortable Baees , Clean Washroom , Nice n well behaved staff . Breakfast /Foods Ok . If booked through MMT than you have to pay extra person charges directly to the Hotel at time of Checking .

After driving 450 km from Aurangabad we arrived here for good rest and quality time. We were denied both. The air-conditioner in room 407 was stuck at 21.5 degrees C and all attempts by housekeeping staff failed to make it 23. The electrical socket was falling apart. The dental kit was sans tooth brush and paste. The wash basin tap was wobbly. The curtains were dirty.The pencil had no point. The bedsheet was stained.The Duty Manager Mr Sagar came to our room and verified our concerns. The outdoor area is also unkempt and needs proper maintenance. The staff was polite and showed concern towards issues raised by us but were helpless. The food ,however, was good. Sorry state of affairs. Wake up Le meridien !

We arrived at 3.00 am for our first night so missed breakfast. Our room was large and adequate, a typical city business hotel. We stayed a further 2 nights before leaving for Tadoba NP. Service in the unattractive bar was very poor indeed. The breakfast and restaurant were perfectly adequate without being great. The changing room for the pool was untidy and needed some cleaning. Our room was not serviced properly. To cap it all we were chased by email after leaving for not fully paying our bar bill. It was true but only because our bill had been prepared incorrectly which we were unaware of. I took the opportunity in my response to report the issues we had encoutered. We were returning to the Meridien for one night after our trip to Tadoba and we certainly saw an improvement. We were upgraded and were generally treated very well indeed. It was good to see the England cricket team staying there that night before the match v India in the city for following day. Credit to the management for quickly responding to the issues reported to them. We stayed a further night 2 weeks later before flying back to the UK after our holiday.

Impeccable hospitality once again at the Le Meridien, Nagpur. Having stayed here many times in the past, didn't think twice before booking it once again last week. Proximity to the Samriddhi Expressway made it perfect to us as we were using it as a stopover after a tiring drive from Prayagraj enroute to Mumbai. Club rooms booked gave us access to the Lounge from 6-9 pm and the service was excellent. The entire team deserves kudos for their effort in making guests feel at home

I’m staying at Le Meridien Nagpur for a month, and the room is cleaned every day, thanks to Yashnav. The food includes Indian dishes, salads, and desserts, all cooked excellently. There's also a shuttle service available to take you to and from your destinations. The staff is incredibly friendly, greeting you daily and always attentive to service requests. The hotel managers are very helpful and responsive. Additionally, there's a pool for a swim whenever you like, and the gym is open 24/7 :)
