Rooms and toilets are clean and staff were very friendly. Believe the hotel is relatively new, and I like the fact you need to "touch/scan" your room key in the lift in order to select your floor, which make it extra safe, definitely a plus point. Breakfast was good and really like the dining area, it's spacious, bright and clean, breakfast staffs are super friendly also. Location of the hotel is great also, and it's in an inner street of a busy area, so it's quiet and yet convenient.

The best breakfast ever! Bath tub and toilet very clean. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the all-day free coffee, tea and refreshing lemon warer in the lounge. Great location. Abt 1000 yen taxi ride away from Nagoya Station. Has convenience stores nearby. I am looking forward to returning here!

Spacious and clean room. Friendly staffs. Front desk asked me to choose additional pillow and blanket from the shelves in front of the reception counter. I chose 1 hard pillow that I really love it. Hotel provide simple but delicious free breakfast. About 10mins walk from Nagoya station.

We stayed 2 nights here. The room is comfortable and location is walking distance to Nagoya Station. We had a great stay.

Overall the hotel is a good business hotel to stay for a couple of days, breakfast was tasty but repetitive. The biggest problem - our room (1217) smelled like someone has been sweating there for months, so we’re forced to constantly ventilate it by opening the door.

Extremely happy with the hotel and staff, highly recommend. Close to station, clean, beds and room fantastic. Plenty of places to eat out couldn’t ask for more 👍.

👎🏻The bad: When I checked in at the front desk on the first day, I had a low ponytail hair style (my estimated name was obscured due to the employee card). Ms. Mimura (美村）had a bad attitude and deliberately covered her name tag to prevent customers from seeing her name. But she also checked her passport. If Japan really values privacy, don’t guests need to respect it? She did not answer the guest's questions. The customer came in the rain and paid the full amount. (estimate: racism) Duplicate registration procedures, waste of time The service was so bad that I met this Ms. Mimura (美村）at the front desk of the hotel while taking the subway. She had a fierce look in her eyes and was whispering to other colleagues, making fun of us from top to bottom. On the third day after checking in, we enjoyed the free drinks provided by the hotel in the cafe on the second floor. There were a Japanese family of three (our hair seemed wet and messy after taking a shower) and two of us. We were stared at and complained to the front desk (the front desk clerk looked at us and asked whether we should gesture or not???) and were suspicious. We are not guests. The hotel location is not very convenient. If it is not 15-11-2024, there is an event to make the price higher and there is no other option. Choosing this hotel is the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced in Japan No. 2. 👍🏻Good: The hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel buffet breakfast is good. The hotel facilities are sufficient. Except for Ms. ********） at the front desk, other staff have good attitudes.

Room was clean and the breakfast was great! Good location too and the staff were super helpful and fluent in English. We couldn’t book a cab since we didn’t have a local number, but the staff helped us book one in no time.

The hotel is located at quite walking distance from train station. It has coin laundry but very limited , most of time is being used. Satisfied with the room size and services. The breakfast was awesome

The Comfort hotel is in a convenient location, not far from the JR lines, Shinkansen and bus terminal. Conbinis and restaurants are all close by too. If you prefer to, the bus stop for buses to the train station is only about 3mins away. The breakfast is the usual standard for all Comfort hotels in Japan, which is tasty, sufficient and filling!

Was a great dtay very clean and comfortable

Close to Nagoya station. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants in the area. The 1/F provided an open area where we could bring our food and enjoy our dinner. Nice free breakfast. We liked the pancakes which was available in early morning. It was a comfortable twin bedroom. We enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel and good location which nearby JR station with 10 mins by walk. Many good restaurants for eat around hotel. Also big shopping malls which very good for shopping. Hotel Staff also very nice and helpful. Breakfast simple but good. Happy stay!

vert clean and good service.even i book the wrong day and need to early checkout,thankfully they refund to me.
