Hotel location is good and cleanliness is good as well. Staff service is good as well. Location is just opposite the train station

Room is small and dusty. Location is good. Walking distance from train station. Breakfast is at Yoshinoya.

Great location, go to Nagoya JR Station just 3 mins by foot. Staff service is good!

The location is perfect, just across the train station. Do note that if u opt for breakfast, they will give u coupons to redeem yr yoshinoya set which is just next door but there are only 4 set meals u to choose from which we gave ip after first day. you can also choose to purchase the breakfast set at the frontdesk which cost 500yen. Lots of food choices around the vicinity. The dryer was letdown hence requested for 10 hangers to hang dry our clothes. Initially got rejected but after negotiation they willing to give 5 hangers. Their hangers are so precious which u can easier get it at nearby 100yen shop. Carpet was pretty dusty but overall is still consider clean, just wear the floor slippers walking around the room which the space is quite tight. Checkout time is 1000hrs, very early!

I personally appreciate the location, it was easier than any other options we had around Nagoya since we’re traveling with a young child. Smoking in all rooms is prohibited as well. I noticed it’s harder to look for this feature in hotels in Nagoya. I have my son in tow and this is an absolute NO for us. The room was really small. We can hardly walk around the room. It was extremely challenging to takeout and pack our things because we didn’t have any space to fully open our luggages. Though as mother, I’m glad their walls are thicker than most hotels in Japan. We’re not troubled with the noise from the next rooms. It gives me peace of mind too that we’re not disturbing other guests in case. The breakfast was enjoyable at Yoshinoya. The branch is a heart beat away. It’s way better than my experience at another hotel nearby. We enjoyed the many pillows they offer. In terms of cleanliness, this could be well improved. For Japanese hotels I think the situation at this hotel is lower. I could see the dusts hanging by the wall and the bathroom door. It’s not helping that I’m one of those people who observes these things. I appreciate that they allowed us to deposit our luggage when we left for another city and got it when we checked back in. Saved us so much trouble. I will still stay at this hotel.

This hotel is at a Perfect location. There’s friendly staffs, good selection of amenities, nice offering for the pillow selections. Room’s slightly small for a double bed room with international checked-in luggage. It will be convenient for solo tourist and for couples who’s with small cabin luggages.

Second for this hotel again. The place is very convenient, just opposite the JR station. Also, the train station to and from the airport is very close to the hotel! Arrived at the airport in about 30 minutes, great!

It is small hotel but with everything you want! Very considerate design to cater for all ur needs. Toilet is compact but the facilities are new and easy to use. Everything feels very clean too!
