Hotel location is good. Opposite Grand Batam Mall and Penin morning market .Rain shower is good. the room has only coffee machine but no kettle . Also , the pillows does not feel comfortable as it does not hug the head . Pillow feels like a balloon.

Very near grand Batam mall , walking distance within 10mins . Room overall clean but still got some stains on bedsheets and pillow cover . 1 of the room aircon not very strong.

Have been staying here for the past 2 years... Nice to see it's well maintained.. And maintain its standard Love the breakfast Love the vibe If only to change... Location of your safe box.... Damnnn have to bend over... Hahahaha ageing..hard to bend

We just love the staff there in artotel. It's always our first choice whenever we are in batam. Very nice hotel, great staff especially OKI... he's always very cheerful and accommodating.

We booked 3rooms, stayed at the highest floor, city view, overall stay was very good. They provide 3pin sockets in the room at different area, so making it convenient for us to use, only one in bathroom has 2pin round socket. They provide two big pillow, one is filled with feather while the other longest and broadest one is filled with micro-fibre. So we have a choice to use whichever that suits us. The only setback is 1 out of 3 rooms was not cold enough, at 16°c and coolest setting, we still feel a bit warm at times. I can sleep without my blanket at the beginning and then covered my legs after half an hour later. The toilet seat came with water biget. Staff are very friendly and served with smiles.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room is big, but the toilet door couldn’t lock well, if the hotel can provide the new disposable slipper will be good. The slipper that provided in the room was used and is not disposable. The staff was helpful and nice. The location was convenient to walk to spring massage ,itsumo tart cafe and grand mall shopping center. Otherwise general comment is good.

Basic hotel without much amenities, location is near Grand Batam Mall, A2 Foodcourt and Itsumō cafe. Comfortable room with the basic necessary amenities.

Slightly far from BCS mall but near market, can be dangerous to walk if late night. Room is spacious. Aircon was warm despite setting the minimum setting. Towel don’t smell dirty but looks dirty. Service was good. Overall quite an okay stay.

Very good environment...Good location.Toilet is big enough and clean. Comfortable bed. It will be better if got Netflix.

I wish pay for breakfast, before i don’t want breakfast. But suddenly I want come to breakfast then time near 10am is close. So it is okay.. at last I have order food in hotel. It was delicious! Bed is very comfortable! Bathroom is big than other hotel. The counter is two women are very friendly and keep smile teeth shine ✨ make me feel warm like hospitality so much. I walk to Grand Batam Mall is 5mins only. Nearly around mall, cafe and more.. Will visit come here again! Recommend it here! It is the best location here! 👍🤎

Very convenient as it near all amenities and the hotel is pretty new. Well renovated and spacious.

It was clean and spacious in the room. Hall and lobby was warm though. Location was very convenient. Customer service is polite and good. It was my second time stay so i am quite comfortable with it.
