It was a very big and spacious apartment. The buffet was great. Staff are very friendly and can speak English. There is a swimming pool and gym that can be used as well.

It's my 1st time staying here..I like all the facilities & I like the room that given to me as it's very spacious,nice & clean..

Nice gym on top level. big bed and spacious room. Opposite hotel there is indomart but need to cross a busy road. Beside the hotel there is a mini indomart which does not require to cross the main road. Breast spread consider big compare to other batam 4 star hotel.

One of the latest hotel in Batam. Near to harbour bay, shopping mall within its vicinity. Will definitely come to this hotel if in Batam! Staff are nice and breakfast are great!

My hubby feedbacked that the room was very spacious(40-50sqm) for 3 single beds and clean and the breakfast was not bad...

The hotel room is large and comfortable. Location of the hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast spread was very good

We enjoyed our stay there. Clean environment, friendly staff, great spread of breakfast and delicious food. All the staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable when we ask for directions and places to go. Free transport provided at 11am n 5pm to any mall we wanna go. Free jamu during breakfast. Price at cafe also affordable. Will sure book Aston again.

The apartment was good for big family. Staff hotel was very friendly. The only thing is they need to upgrade the tv program. One of the main room tv was bad can't see on my first day arrived. Hotel tech come in the next day to fixed up. The breakfast was superb and delicious.. they have jamu for us.. wow..

The room was big and clean. Breakfast spread was good and sufficient.

Was given a 2 room unit at the service apartment side. Room spacious and suitable for family. Bed are comfortable. One thing bad is no heater inside a toilet. Spotted a dead coach in one of the rooms. Breakfast and hotel staffs are friendly and good.

Good location! With good service and breakfast available! Comfy bed and environment! Won’t hesitate to come back here again!

Toilet didn’t clean properly and smell even after flushed.

Location is good - middle of every where. There's convenient store right opposite the hotel. Room is clean, hot water is readily available. Breakfast spread is awesome too and if you stay till the end, the kitchen will serve you "today's special/menu" only. You get to try their testers. Swimming pool is clean too. Bathtub in the room is a just right size! Down side: corridor carpet needs cleaning -, seems dusty. Same goes for the swivel chairs at the reception lobby.
