mosquito issues, very bad bedsheet, uncomfortable bed, poor room lights, no free water bottles,no telephone service, poor room service.

Horrible lift and small room. The hotel room was very congested. The lift in the hotel is very old, it's not operating most of the time. Stuck at every floor capacity is very less. The hotel has 5 floors without a proper lift system old aged people can't stay here. And staff can't speak any other language except tamil. It's a very average room and the price is too high for the quality of the room.

If you will thought to stay in hotel singaar, it will have to very bad experience. They show very nice photos online but personally they didn't provide any things like even blanket, they provide a old bad bed sheet with full of bed smell with small small hol inside. No water jug and glasses overthere. Even not sufficient lights in the room. they show ac facility but they charge extra for ac.

Helpful innocent staff, nearby anna bus station, were all route of buses are available easily where u want to go. Near by very nice market were all types of shopping available, nearby good restaurant available. Auto easily available. 24 hrs. Hot water available. Room is little bit small
soap not given. Blankets not given. Nagercoil is good town city

Very very small room. Only one cot has been placed. Very narrow path. Unable to take the stairs since its narrow. Very old lift, you need to forcefully close the door. You cannot paralelly charge the mobile phone and watching tv, because charging points are not there. . Check in time is also not good, after 10am to before 9am. Not worth for the money spent.

The location is good as near to anna bus stand. All shops nearby. Nagercoil junction also nearby. Room. Service awesome. Good food available nearby. All amenities clean. The manager was very cordial and helpful

I found location very easily, but there was breakfast not provided. I stayed 2 days but even one time no one came for room cleaning, even towel not replaced. Gazer was not working,

The property is situated at a very good location near to lake. The apartment was in great condition and the hospitality of the staff over there was nice. Complimentary breakfast was a added bonus to the guests out there with a lake view from the top floor restaurant area.
