The Green Village Resort

My self Club Mahindra Member, but fortunately my booking nit confirmed, but I have decided to stay with my Plan to execute family trip with same Day. But my Family trip became worst when I reached Hotel. Just enter the room, Hotel Room size reduced accordingly plan, I have cleared mentioned about my family stay member with age while booking Rooms, Small size room given with no electricity in room, Reception tell about one thing they have no other rooms available, due to over booked, When I asked the same with Chef about Buffet, chef told not planned due to unavailability of required family Than I have ordered dinner at 07:24 PM, with cleared mentioned about the foods what I have required & Number of person and cutlery required. But I think Person forgot to deliver message to next level I have received my dinner at 09:00 PM with no Food item that I have ordered, no Cutlery and request the same again. The same item delivered on 10:00 PM All food cool off, as I have planned my trip Jan 2025. No proper explanation about the same, everyone just telling Yes sir, but no improvement

I had a pathetic experience at this property. I was offered gala dinner for 31 dec 24 as part of the package and food was tasteless, cold and was served in paper plates. Breakfast was also equal bad experience, property is also poorly kept. Stale water in ponds, and lot of mosquitos.

I had a family trip with my wife and son on your resort in kaziranga. But felt very bad experience, because we faced lots of problems. For the booking the room I just call reservation team for the birthday decoration and birthday cake ETC. The person giving me a resort contract number. After that I was calling your resort and someone pickup my call. Then I asked the person there is any possible for the room decoration and cake Arrangement for my son's birthday. The person don't know about hospitality Telephone etiquette. The person told me I will call you back and Disconnected the call. After that no one call me till next day. So next day evening I just call him again. But nobody pickup my call. On 11 December I just check in the resort with my family they're giving me small cottage but I was booked deluxe lake view cottage. After that I just check in the room and I seen lots of problems in the room. Fully draty my wife just open the tea kettle completely draty and very bad smell. The room floor was very draty can't walk Without slippers. On the bathroom floor Fully water. Furniture was very draty. Stains on the bed line. Bathroom amenities tray empty. Empty cigarette pack on floor. Some food clearance laying on the floor in front of the room. After that I was calling the housekeeping nobody pickup call. Then I just called reception for the change or cleaning tea kettle. Till 3.5 hours no one coming for the cleaning. Then my wife going to the reception directly and aske them housekeeping person. On night I was call to the reception for tea or coffee but I'm not getting till next day morning. Visit Restaurant kholong for the dinner there also Fully draty. Food quality also not good. I was Sitting on the restaurant till 20 minutes nobody came for the taking my order. After that I was going to the counter I asked person can you take my order please. After all my full trip going waste.

Our stay here was really nice. The property is well maintained. Food is also good. If you want to relax in Kaziranga, then this is the place. Would like to mention a few names, who were very helpful and cordial. Rakesh-GM, Robin & Zarina-Staff.

Booked a room in this hotel through Club Mahindra from 11th to 14th Nov, 24. I checked out one day before. I am surprised to see that how Club Mahindra can tie up such type of hotel as an affiliated hotel in Kaziranga or anywhere else. My comments for this hotel are... *Very dirty rooms *Overall highly poor maintenance *Very Poor service *Lot of monkeys till up to the main door *Dirty atmosphere *Front office staff not at all bothered about the guests & their needs *Broken/very old furniture inside the room *Many more to jot down I humbly request the Club Mahindra management to kindly discontinue the agreement & find out an alternate resort in Kaziranga. I can not give even 1 mark also. So sorry to mention this. Worst ever seen hotel of Club Mahindra in my life.

Beautiful resort in the starting of Kaziranga National Park area. It's an hour away from the main gate but has lots of tree gardens around it. I had booked an ethnic villa and it was very spacious. The surroundings are beautiful with a lake and lot of greenery around. They have a dine in restaurant (kohlong) , the service is slow and staff seemed untrained. But food was ok. They also have a light music in the evening which was very soothing. Must visit if you are in Kaziranga.
