The room was okay, traditional in style, but the bathroom lighting was inadequate, and the TV was tiny. The bed was partially broken, and the water in the pitcher tasted too sweet. However, the location was excellent. You have to park far away!

Sweet room , very clean and fridge stocked with drink options and very reasonable prices. Tea and coffee options in the room as well. Beautiful location, excellent price. The balcony outside our room provided a combination of Mountain View and looking down on the trees and patio/garden below.

Beautiful old house in a quieter part of the old town, only minutes walk from the harbour, squares, shops, bars and many restaurants. You have to be realistic about your expectations. If you are looking for modern facilities, bland decor and high tech gadgets. This is not the place for you. It oozes old world charm, hospitality is beyond belief. Shower pressure is fantastic, WIFI in the room. I don’t feel I need anything else. Park at the port, pack a rucksack (include eye mask and earplugs as yes it’s an old building and you can hear your neighbours) and go and enjoy!!! So many thanks to Lena, Nora and the rest of the team. They gave us so much advice about what to do locally. We felt so looked after and will be sad to leave in the morning 🥲 We would stay again if ever back in lovely Nafplio Jo and Lizzie

We had a lovely stay here with great hosts in an amazing location. Getting large bags to the room is a bit faffy as it’s an old building with a couple of narrow stairs. If you don’t mind driving very narrow streets, you can briefly park in a square about 50 metres from the property. Breakfast was excellent. We slept well but some people might be put off by other guests as noise travels in the property. The town is worth a long day at least.

Pros: Conveniently located in old town. On a relatively less busy street. Located on a flat street that I could carry the suitcases to the main road easily to get in a car. Fantastic manager. (All stars went to Lina). Great breakfast. Charming old house. Water pressure was fantastic. Cons: It was a VERY old house, keeping the old world charm, but not with good quality amenities. It had Wifi and air conditioning. That's about it. Sound carried through rooms and floors very clearly. Even just walking and flushing from the floor above sounded like it was happening in my room. Furnitures were old and too big for the room. The metal bed frame was squeaky. The bed footboard made the bed too short for taller people. The old wood window shutters were pretty, but couldn't close tightly nor staying open. So, don't expect complete black out in the morning. Stairs only. Be prepared to carry luggages up stairs. I have stayed at some well restored old buildings. This is not one of them unfortunately. It's a beautiful old house to look at and have breakfast, but don't expect a comfortable stay, particularly for those staying longer. If you like old world charm, want the experience and don't mind lacking modern day comfort, go for it. Bring sleeping eye mask and ear plug.

We reserved a Family Room even though there are just two of us traveling as we were staying for a few nights and we wanted a larger room with a balcony. However, this was not a comfortable room. It’s long and narrow with one double and two twin beds awkwardly placed. There is only one outlet - for a hairdryer, charging devices, etc. Because the building is old, toilet paper can’t be flushed and there is a separate waste basket by the toilet for waste paper. It is emptied once a day but no other service of the room is provided. The space needs an update - too many beds, too little usable space. The garden where breakfast is served is lovely and well-kept but the breakfast was not up to traditional Greek standards. A good Greek yogurt with fruit is served but the pastries are packaged cookies and stale packaged cakes. There is no elevator and this room is at the top of a long narrow staircase. Not good for old hips or knees. Then we arrived, the person greeting us did not wear a mask. At a lower price it might be acceptable to some, but for the premium price we paid, it was not.
