I would like to commend the ground staff for their exceptional service. They were incredibly polite, cooperative, and responsive throughout my stay. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests did not go unnoticed. However, I must express my disappointment with the managerial staff. I found them to be quite adamant, rude, impatient, and overly aggressive when it came to receiving feedback. This attitude was particularly concerning given that we were a group of females traveling with two infants. In particular, I would like to mention Ms. Nidhi Singh at the Reception, whose demeanor was less than hospitable. Due to the treatment received from the managerial staff, I am hesitant to book nine rooms for the dates of the 2nd to the 5th of June. The lack of hospitality and cooperation from the reception and restaurant managers has led me to consider alternative accommodations where the staff prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I would like to provide feedback on the breakfast offerings. While the food quality was satisfactory, the menu lacked variety, and the ambience of the restaurant was average. It would be beneficial to introduce more diverse options to enhance the dining experience for guests. On a positive note, I was pleased with the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the overall maintenance of the property

Property is excellent. Room, pool, view everything. But maintenance, management and service at the property is very poor. Cafeteria was closed throughout our 3 days of stay. Staff at reception is not friendly, although we got rooms late while checking in and late check out was approved by the manager, still reception kept calling at interval of 5 mins and kept sending staff to empty the room. Towels were not clean. Room cleaning was very slow, and had to be called multiple times before cleaning was done. Cycles were there in all sizes but tyres were flat.

Promptness and availability of reception staff on time should be improved. Breakfast menu to include more options like only two fruits were there and no sprouts etc. These can be improved. Rooms have good balcony, however cleanliness of the balcony to be improved and should cleaned. Thanks. Driver rooms or dormitory should be available which is not there.

It's a good property with aesthetically designed rooms. But service and house keeping needs to improve. Complimentary breakfast is below average.

We got peace, calm, relaxing n magical experience, food was lovely, room was neat n clean, the total place was very magical

Experience was ohk management services is not upto the mark in morning breakfast basic things are not served like cheese omelet dosa there were not so many varieties when you check in the hotel the person guide you about his hotel but here i have seen nothing no proper answer when the swimming pool wil open closed they don't use any fragnace in the room. Or on washrooms it's stinks

The wi-fi wasn't functioning, and right in the middle of my bath, the water stopped flowing. After reaching out to them, it took nearly 30 minutes for the water supply to resume in my bathroom.

The food quality and room service is not up to mark. Overall the location and facilities are good.

All excellent. Service was very good and staff behaviour was excellent. Nature attracted. Love it overall ♥️
