Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort

Great resort with amazing staff. Were there the week after a hurricane and you could not tell at the resort except for cleaning of the lazy river for one day. Loved watching the airplanes and helicopters and was amazed that you could not hear them inside the condo!

We had a package with the tour. We’re in Holiday Inn Vacation in Las Vegas with my 5 month old girl. The tour began on Saturday(09/22/2022). Fortunely, my little girl had some fever, we still tried to get the tour, but we’re late. And then, we tried to reschedule it, but until now we didn’t receive any call and they charged us $966 for 4 nights. I call Customer Care, but they didn’t resolve it. The problem is that we’re trying but what do they want us to do with my sick girl. They even didn’t care her. I hope some one can resolve it. It’s not worth for us to charge us

Scammed me $249USD for their Getaway Vacation Package. The rep lied to me saying it could be refunded. I called multiple times and sent emails for a refund and nothing. I'll be moving my business elsewhere, it's the principal. Complete scum.

Snow in South Carolina? No just a snow job. The place itself - what we were shown was nice. There were a scattering of people by the pool, however we didn’t see a lot anyone else. Our salesman was assigned to us after I showed ID and answered a bunch of questions. Now, before I go any further they KNEW we were coming…for about four months before we showed up. My favorite question was the last one: Did we make at least $50,000 annually? It’s a tad bit late to ask that. Our salesman reeked of cigarettes. He wanted to hurry us along so he could smoke. He yapped about this and that, his motorcycle trips blah blah blah. We looked at numbers for the place, and then asked to see a contract. Mr. cigarette was taken back. You can’t read the contract before you sign it…really. Not one single person would even give us a peek. Are you kidding me? The price went from $45,000 to $19,000 when no contract could be shown. Please RUN don’t walk away. Someone please call the EXECUTIVE committee of IHG….shameful!

I took my family here on our first family vacation simply because it has mini kid friendly water park on site ! That was amazing and we had a lot of fun outside swimming in all the different pools they offer along with the poolside bar drinks were awesome !! However , the room was not up to any cleanliness standards you would expect when staying at a resort type place . Hair in our shower and tub left behind from previous guests , the dust is just a thick layer on tops of all the light fixtures especially above the dining table in the room, the dust on all the pictures and directly above the bed look like they haven’t been cleaned in months . I do have to say the king size bed was very cozy and we liked how soft the sheets and bedding were. On our second day when preparing breakfast in the morning there was cockroach crawling across the stove . Needless to say we didn’t spend much time in the room and when I called the front desk , Tiffany just said well that tends to happen since were an outside property I’m sorry. Definitely was hoping for better from our room and to relax. There was some good in there but could’ve been better.

I have a complaint against this business for the unfair treatment of an employee I witnessed when staying at the resort on several occasions. I did document and time track each incident I saw. I spoke with the employee because I felt so bad for them. No one should work under this condition, According to the employee fair act what I witnessed goes against all the conduct of fair treatment. I witness an employee working all alone handling all the building while on other days people working the same positions had people on the same shift scheduled to help them. I witness the discrimination of a person of color and Sexual preference. I also saw a supervisor watching this employee work all alone while he sitting in the office in hazardous weather and more. This location is in Myrtle Beach SC . the person who is treated unfair look to be in laundry . she is a black woman. I will try to reach out to the News channel or anyone who can help because this is unacceptable. I hope someone can go out without them knowing on Mondays and Tuesdays when this individual is working all alone. I promise I am documenting and recording. Resort is in great location and has nice outdoor facilities. Units themselves need remodeling. They have newer units but have never been able to get them with RCI exchange even when asking ahead of time.

We will use our HICV Timeshare ten times this year. This is our favorite location. We are so excited to see the growth that is coming. Our villa was in excellent condition. The resort is well kept. The staff is always awesome. I love the pool area especially the lazy river. There is so much to do in the area and an abundance of great restaurants. Love our home away from home. Be back in September/October.

This resort is a quick walk across ocean blvd to the beach access area next to the crown reef resort in the south side of ocean blvd near market common and par 3 golf. A stones throw from the airport. Two bedroom unit was nicely appointed and grounds were well kept. There were outdoor charcoal grills and shuffle board to utilize. Unit was nicely appointed with a gas fireplace and balcony with the nice ocean breeze flowing through. All the amenities at home with a full kitchen even though it was small it was fully functional for all our needs. Would come back here again and had a great time. .
