The stay was really good. The staff was very helpful and polite and the rooms were properly clean and the hygiene was maintained. I will definitely want to comeback and stay in the same hotel

Bedroom blankets and washroom sanitary were very dirty, filthy smell was all around the washroom. Person cleaning the bed area is the only one who is cleaning your washroom. There must be two different staff members cleaning both bed area and washroom respectively. Washbasin taps and bathroom taps sieve were full of mud water. There were no bathroom slippers and wipers. The staff was not that much responsive. Overall, it was a ok experience as there was no proper maintenance of the property but view from window was nice.

stay at la casa overall was good. the best part was the view and peace but the services were average. they had few staff members which let to delay in response to requests made by the guest. hot water facility was also poor.
food quality was good and they served good breakfast which was part of the package.
location of the hotel is in the interior of the mall road and is difficult for older people to move around the city from hotel.
overall good as view and food was 👍

5/6 nova 24 location near mall road view side hotel staff will polite and kindly room service & food will be excellent also parking facilities i suggestion stay hear is completely suitable every family.

It is a very good family stay. I booked 3 rooms here. Foods are great. Rooms are very spacious and good. Distance from library chowk is mere 5 minutes walk. I will recommend everyone to book this once when you visit mussoorie. Services by everyone there was great. Thanks to all of staff and specially to hotel receptionist ms. Laksmi thapa who took care for our comfortable stay.

Hotel is good, view is also awesome, breakfast was complementary and that was really tasty. Location is good but there’s a bit of steep slope. If u r having scooty then not to worry

Room was very clean and the food was too good. They maintain good hygiene and their room service are on the top the balcony view was awesome

It took me some time to search for the property. Contact provided by mm t was unreachable. Also they don't have any board like other hotels(as hotel is little down hill. Now comes the hotel stay part. I opted for luxury room, but i had to change the room as it was not cleaned up to my expectations. Staffs were polite. Housekeeping was really missing. Bf was good like our north indian side. Parking is available. Overall it was mix experience, as hotel is at 5-7 min walking distance from mall road. Nb: they have power backup just for one bulb in room. So if any working person is going to stay, try to avoid as wifi don't work during power outage and also you can't charge your electronic items.
