The Claridges Nabha Residence Mussoorie

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

Our city’s constant veil of pollution hangs like a diaphanous shroud, doing its best to stifle us. Our lungs struggle in this gas chamber ! So, when any opportunity to escape presents itself, I seize it eagerly. When my brother proposed a family reunion in the hills of Mussoorie and tasked me with handling the logistics, I happily accepted. With the help of a resourceful friend, we secured reservations at the beautiful Club and suite rooms in the courtyard of the Claridges-run Nabha Place hotel. A six-and-a-half-hour drive on smooth highways from Delhi brought us to this tranquil haven in Mussoorie . Set amidst pines and lush greenery, and just far enough from the bustle of town, the location is beyond beautiful . Clear blue skies , crisp mountain air, vibrant foliage, well-appointed rooms, delicious food, excellent service and the joy of being with loved ones—what more could one ask for? I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every staff member at the hotel, especially front office managers Shivank, Akshat, and Dinesh ***** with their courteous and helpful team , for making this family holiday unforgettable. We received exemplary personalized service at every turn, from the dining room staff to the shuttle drivers and the security guards manning this pretty property . The staff were very attentive and the peace was great. I recommend staying in one of the higher level rooms. Also taking a day trip with a driver is a great way to see all of the surrounding sights (if you don't have your own car.) The clouds came In late morning. Get up early for clear views.

We had a fabulous stay. The place looks surreal. The monkeys, langoors, plethora of birds around make it absolutely worth it. The staff is extremely nice and supportive. They accommodate all requests with a very happy attitude. My 10 month old was getting a variety of food cooked for her. Staff members : Shivank who helped us plan our days and coordinated our travel was very helpful. Driver: Anuj is an extremely polite *** who made our journeys pleasurable. Chef Yogender was absolutely super! We loved his food! So did our 4 year old! Mohit from house keeping made it extra special as they decorated our room for our anniversary! It was really special! They also got us a chocolate cake which was one of the best chocolate cakes we have ever had! The F and B team was fantastic too :) . Their manager Shailender deserves a shout out! All in all, the staff adds real charm to this already fantastic place! We will come back :) ! We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful property..straight out of Romantic novels. We visited one Sunday morning for Buffet breakfast and were overwhelmed by courtesy & service provided by Mr Akshat & Mr Shailendra. The Buffet spread was descent & personal food requests were well attended. The Rooms are cosy with beautiful interiors and lavish Sit outs. They also have huge Recreation area downhill with kids’ activities & Tennis lawns. Overall an experience to cherish!!
