Amazing Experience at JW Marriott, Muscat My stay at JW Marriott Muscat was incredible from start to finish. The pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience in Muscat!

地方很不錯的，地理位置靠近機場，工作人員很不錯的，就是wifi網絡非常差。

Family Stay for a week (Two rooms with executive lounge access) This hotel is only a year old, newly renovated and well equipped with Spa, Gym, two swimming pools, restaurants and business facilities. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport and for corporate clients it’s fantastic, especially the meeting room, car parking and business facilities. Hotel communication even before I arrived is excellent, I made special requests, such a having connecting rooms and non feathered pillows, all of which were catered for before we had arrived. Staff are committed to ensure all hotel guests have a wonderful stay, and they do this by truly listening to their hotel guests. The hotel staff are all truly amazing, smiling, helpful and attentive. During my stay I had specific feedback related to hosting children. I stayed with executive lounge access which I felt catered more for adults. I emailed my feedback and the manager initially met with me in person and then responded back with an email. Taking the time to meet with me was appreciated and showed that feedback was important to the hotel. They then provided food for my children in the lounge. The hotel room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The WiFi is adequate and the room is well equipped with a coffee machine with pods, kettle for tea and other high end toiletry’s. The room is serviced daily and kept nice and clean during the stay. Ate at the restaurant near the outdoor pool, menu is comprehensive and caters for a broad palate. Quality of food is good and extra better value if you become a Marriott Bonvoy member which is free, you receive 20% of the bill. The breakfast is phenomenal, and the chef did cater for specific requests such as French toast. The healthy options were well crafted and tasty. The hotel really went that extra mile and provided a nice cake and card for my wife birthday and on our last day for breakfast provided a small platter and a gift for our stay, this was a pleasant surprise and made us feel special and valued. My advice to the hotel is to broaden their focus on those families with small children. Have an outdoor play area, the indoor kids club is very good but there is more that could be offered, arts and craft, sing a long, drawing sessions, movie time etc. Executive lounge with some deserts and children friendly food items, consider snacks twice a day. Overall, my family and I had an excellent experience and I would recommend it for both families and corporate clients, one of the best hotel staff I have encountered in all the hotels I have stayed at. Very helpful, approachable and attentive, excellent work by JW Marriott as it’s evident that they value and invest in their staff, looking forward to returning in the future.
