This 3 star plus Hotel was fabulous. New and Clean. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. It was not close to ETSU, but about 4 miles away. Just off the Interstate 24 Exit 81. There is an awesome, delicious Mexican restaurant almost in the parking lot. I will stay here every time in Murfreesboro!

Beautiful Hotel Wonderful. Our son had a medical emergency and the staff acted immediately. We were so grateful for the support in his time of need. THANK YOU! The hotel was pristine and highly accommodating.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Our microwave did not work, and the had it replaced within minutes.

We stayed in room #101, doors slamming all hours of the night, a loud ice machine right next to this room, we discovered ants on the desk when we woke up the next morning. The the air freshener in the room was disgusting and over powering. The next morning when checking out we met Michalynn who said she was the General Manger asked us how are stay was? We simply said awful, and we had not had a full nights rest. We let her know about the insects (ants) and how noisy our stay was. We also advised her about the slow draining bath sink which was nasty. It’s oblivious she had complaints before about this room. She became very loud, rude, angry and disrespectful. Asking my wife and I why we did not ask to be moved? We explained it was the middle of the night. She went on to say in a very rude tone well you should have asked to be moved. It was obvious she was very triggered by our complaint. We travel a lot and this was the absolute worst treatment we have ever experienced from a hotel employee. It is ver clear this person is NOT a good fit for her job. We will never stay at another Wyndham hotel ever again. A 1 star review is generous.

Ok hotel for overnight stay Hotel seems new. Beds pretty comfortable. Downsides: The lid for the ice bucket looked like it had mold under the lip, a couple tiles in the bathroom seemed loose, shower water pressure not great. We were only staying one night as a stop on a roadtrip, so not deal breakers for a quick visit.
