Grand Valley Resort

I recently stayed at Grand Valley resort in Munnar and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations based on the reviews and the hotel’s rating, but I encountered several issues during my stay. **Cleanliness:** The room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival. There were visible stains on the sheets and a musty smell in the room. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the towels looked old and worn. **Service:** The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. My requests for basic amenities like extra towels and toiletries were ignored, and I often felt like I was being a burden when asking for assistance. **Facilities:** The advertised amenities were either not available or in poor condition. The pool was closed without any prior notice, and the fitness center had broken equipment. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get any work done. **Value:** For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation. The overall experience did not justify the cost, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. **Conclusion:** I would not recommend staying at Grand Valley resort in Munnar. There are better options in the area that offer better value for your money. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

This palace is just pathetic and manager behaviour is very bad.very bad service.never choose this palace for vacation .this peoples forget coustomers after taking money.born fire and swimming pool facilities are just for photographs only not any actual meaning because this peoples are not servicing at this palace

Very very bad thing for everything because we don't get any type of good facility and we get very bad service ... The manager's behaviour is very bad and we are not compromise by this ... Very bad behaviour of service and maintenance . They are faulting us about the mistakes but we are the guests and we will also coperate as the guests...🙂

Amazing place and hotel. Lovely service and excellent staff. The view from the room, the room space, the room service everything was super. Overall worth coming. Thank you to every staff. Loved the hotel. 🙏

Hotel is 10 km far from Munnar. I booked premium room here. Hotel was clean and balcony view was very good. But there was a serious issue of ventilation and exhaust in the washrooms. Washrooms were smelling so badly that you feel like you entered in the gutter and if someone is smoking in other room, that smoke is coming to you room through washroom exhaust. Hot water was not coming. I was MAP guest but food was terrible there. They said normally people don't take dinner in the hotel so they don't have the item's which are written in the menu card. I stayed for 8 nights in kerala but this munnar stay was the worst. All other places I stayed were way better. Only look& feel of rooms are good but smell in room, washroom and taste of food is worst.
