Lumino Rainbow

They arranged under construction room for us where we felt sleeping in outside as the structure was partially closed and having many vents. We requested a lot for change of room, but they denied. They have ruined our munnar trip which was planned so meticulously.

Location is good. But the room given to us was smelling. No cleanness. Internet was also not working properly.

We had a very bad experience with this booking. From makemytrip charged huge amount compared to the hotel management.

the deluxe rooms were a joke and you need to go to another building for breakfast. the breakfast was also a joke. it was just bread, jam, butter and poori. the rooms were dusty, there was no floor mat and the bathroom was smelly. the tv there was also not working well. overall it is only good if u want to stay for one night, like only sleep there. the windows are also useless as you can't see anything from it.

The photos don't match with the actuals, the property under construction and you can see dust, smell on the lobby and within the room. The receptionist is very rude and unresponsive, i had to cancel or walk out as they are not ready to accommodate other clean rooms.

Water was pouring from the 2nd floor to the down stairs. Major construction was going on the roof and adjacent to the room provided. Asked the manager to change the room as a number of labourer were working on the floor adjacent to the room. But he asked rs 1600 per night in addition to the amount already paid. A lot of water was always spread outside the room and stairs causing risk to the children. Despite of hill area, geyser was also not installed. Really very bad experience. Bookings in this hotel may be temporarily suspended till the construction is on as it may cause serious damage to the visitors.
