Overall Ok. Room rate was very reasonable but we were charged Euro 23 for parking and our room was located on the ground floor, the parking lot was next to our window. We arrived rather late after visiting the Mercedes Benz Museum and decided to have our dinner at the hotel’s bar & restaurant. Food and service were good.

Had a great stay at Bayer's. Apartment has all the necessary amenities and near central train station which makes it very convenient.

Location is very central and close to the train station, but the area is not particularly nice. The equipment is servicable, but not top notch - I wouldn't recommend the bed sofa for adults (it was fine for our kids).

The stay was super convenient and the staff was so kind! I enjoyed the personal kitchen and the room was stocked very well!

We had the one bedroom apartment. Comfy bed, immaculate bathroom, a full equipped kitchen. The housekeeping was done everyday. Great communication with reception as we were delayed 24 hours due to the snow early December. Walking distance to all the main site. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this property and the staff! The hotel is clean and well managed. Staff was really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us during the Munich snowstorm. Property is very walkable to local transportation.

Clean apartment with functional bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is in the bedroom, which is awkward if some of your guests stay on the pullout in the living room. They have coin-operated laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement but do not have a coin machine. The front desk will ask you to go to the coffee shop next door to ask for coins if you have cash. The hotel is located on a very noisy street but with windows closed it isn't too bad. The smell of baking from the coffee shop travelled into our room and was amazing every morning. The walk to the city center was short but there are also transit options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

The male staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was very clean but there was ingress of rain water into the living room. The location is very good.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room in a very central location for Octoberfest and sightseeing in Munich. Would stay again.
