Hotel im Bunker

very poor service. toilet blooding caused several times. in the morning, there full of toilet waterand durty during first floor. it may cause infectious illness. if you asian, owner of hotel show some kind of differentiation and unkindness. if you ask any service from them, no flexibility and feel unkind service

I nearly did not stay at this place because several previous reviewers warned that they often overbook leaving you stranded. I booked through *********** after reading said reviews but thought maybe they have improved their system. They took my money a month before I was due to arrive plus I got a confirmation from ***********. I actually emailed them as well. Guess what! on the day I was due to arrive there was no door code as should have been expected. I got to the hotel at about 5. Rang several times to the phone number on the glass door. Finally got through to be told room booked. Sorry about it! So we are stuck, Oktober Fest weekend at 5pm on a Thursday. Phoned up *********** and long story short got another hotel in a nicer area. The area around HIB looks a bit down at heel and parking is a nightmare. Stayed in a nicer hotel near Englischer Garten. So best of luck if you do book this place. You may end up sleeping in your car!

Très mauvaise expérience client. Excécrable en fait. J'ai effectué une réservation pour cet hôtel il y a un mois, via Booking. Le paiement a été effectué immédiatement et l'argent retiré de mon compte bancaire aussi sec. Une semaine avant de me rendre dans l'établissement, je reçois un email de Booking qui m'informe que l'hôtel annule ma réservation. Du jamais vu. Impossible de contacter l'hôtel via les 3 différents numéros de téléphone trouvés sur plusieurs sites. Raison ? Il ne s'agit pas d'un vrai "hôtel", dans la mesure où il n'y a aucune réception. Aucune réponse par email via Booking (bien que je me sois donnée la peine d'écrire en allemand !). Aucune réponse par email via le site internet de l'établissement (cette fois, un email un peu moins sympa en anglais). J'ai contacté le service client de la plateforme de réservation qui a bien eu la confirmation de l'hôtel que l'annulation de ma réservation avait été confirmée par l'établissement pour surréservation. Bravo pour votre incompétence !
