Had a pleasant stay in Munich!
**Room:** Spacious enough for two people with large luggage, comfy beds, and although decorated in an old style, it was impeccably clean – a solid 5-star for cleanliness. The occasional church clock chime in the afternoon added charm without disrupting our sleep at night.
**Location:** Situated across from the beautiful St. Paul Church, and conveniently just a few steps from the U-Bahn metro station. The tram is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.
**Staff:** The staff was friendly, although their advice on nearby areas was somewhat limited.
**Note:** Be prepared for the challenge of navigating numerous stairs from the front door to the elevator, especially if you have large luggage. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few quirks.

The price was great , clean , location to shopping and Restaurants was easy to walk to. The surface at the front desk was top notch.

So let’s start with positives : great location near the main station , fairly easy to walk to the main sites. , had a fridge. Room itself is very dated with a collection of mismatched hangers which could have been picked up at a charity shop. There is no aircon, so if you are staying in summer months you will be baking. Noise from the nearby construction site started at 7 am. Noise from a group of teens staying next door in the eve . I just feel for the money I paid it was very poor but to be fair to the hotel even hostels nearby were charging similar money . I think I would rather spend that much money in a different country . Service was very cold most of the time ( apart from one lady who was really nice and helped with a kettle / cups for the room) .

Very clean and spacious room for 4, with a balcony! Good location within easy walking to the Altstadt and Hauptbahnhof, and plenty of food options close by. Amazing breakfast with great variety. Very attentive and friendly staff. They let us park early before check in with no questions asked. Only item to improve was the shower which didn’t drain. But otherwise highly recommended.

PERFECT LOCATION, GREAT STAFF. A BIT DATED HOWEVER IF YOU ARE DOING IS VISITING MUNICH THE SPOT IS PERFECT. NO AC BUT THEY KINDLY PROVIDED US WITH A FAN. BEWARE OF CHECK IN TIME IF YOU ARE ARRIVING PAST 2200H MAKE SURE AND GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN SHOULD I COME BACK TO MUNICH JUST NOT DURING SUMMER

Good location, friendly staff. Manager also let us check in earlier. Basic but good breakfast. Very clean dining room.
Property was a bit old but then newer properties cost much more.
I'll call it value to money and special thanks to the managers.

We have chosen the hotel for two reasons: 1) it is located 5 minutes by foot from the Hauptbahnhof; 2) the price was a little bit lower than neighbors offered. Checkin was fast and we immediately felt warmth and friendliness of the receptionist - not just professional but rather human, sincere. Our window looked at the bell tower with clock which strikes every 15 minute, however at night the clock does not ring fortunately. The hotel has everything you need for a modest stay in the city for a few days. As to food, we don't know where they get these croissants for breakfast, but they are definitely no worse than in Paris.
