有個男前台服務很好，給人很親近密切的感覺，設施各方面一般，宜必思的水平吧，牙刷拖鞋這些記得自帶，酒店沒看到

中央駅からトラムで20分と好立地で静かな場所にあるので、とても居心地良かったです。 隣に大きなスーパーがあるので、そこでなんでも揃います。 また利用したいです。

酒店位置距離S/U鐵站都需10分鐘路程， 房間隔音差，旁邊開關門聲/樓上噪音十分清晰， 唯一可取的，是旁邊有一所大超市，十分方便。

The staff welcomed us warmly. The room was a decent size, clean and good AC. Nice lounge and bar in the reception, and also a nice space for breakfast with all that you need to start the day. The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from the tram. Would recomend it to anyone, and return there on my next trip to Munich

What we liked: The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to suit all guests - hot and continental choices, along with a good range of hot drinks, juices and even Prosecco ! The room and hotel were modern and very clean throughout. There was a supermarket in the same road. The reception staff were able to supply maps and give recommendations for local restaurants. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. Other things to note: The room was quite small, with minimal furniture, but we only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't problem. The access to the car park is quite tight, but was manageable.

Euros trip, standard Ibis, nice and clean and very comfortable beds, location about 20 minutes from centre but tram stop outside straight to marionplatz, downside no safe in room, no tea or coffee so very basis, but good for a place to sleep over.

We chose Ibis, based on our previous, excellent, stay in Berlin. However, this time paled in comparison. The bed was indeed comfortable and the staff was polite but this is where any praise for the hotel ends. To say that the room was dirty is an understatement. In fact it was not cleaned once (the room or the bathroom) for the duration of our stay which was 8 nights. Linen was only changed once and you can see from the pictures that it needed changing!! Housekeeping was present and changed towels every couple of days, but that was it as far as housekeeping goes.

In total it was a comfortable stay here. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. A clean room in the modern Ibis design, compared to other Ibis Hotels the rooms are really quiet. The bar downstairs offers a good choice of drinks. The hotel staff was very friendly throughout my stay here. Many restaurants and stores, as well as tram, bus, subway and train stations are nearby.

Enjoyed an excellent experience at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is ideally located, & within a 15 minute tram ride to the city centre. Exceptionally clean & well run, & the breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of hot/cold food on offer. The staff were very friendly & a credit to the hotel. A lovely bar area, with an outside seating area. There is a very convenient holding room, that you can store away luggage in, if you arrive early, or need to use this after checkout before heading to the airport. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a good experience here. Friendly staff, a quiet, clean, modern and comfortable room with stable Wifi, a good location with plenty of shops around, as well as good connection to the cities public transportation. I'll definitely stay here again in future.

It's a good hotel. We spent 5 nights, the first day was clean but then nobody clean the room properly, no change the sheet in these days, no clean the wc, only change the towels. The hotel is close to tram stop and the air worked ok.

Big supermarket just next door, 5 minutes walk to tram stop and take 15 minutes to shopping street, breakfast is good quality and has a little nice garden to sit around, definitely will stay again next time in Munich

de kamer die we hadden was perfect in orde, ze was goed ingedeeld, ze was proper, er waren genoeg handdoeken, zeep was aanwezig, enz... We hebben dit hotel gekozen omdat het buiten de stad ligt, tussen het centrum en de "Messe". Op 300m is er opstap plaats voor de tram die richting centrum rijdt. Op een tiental minuutjes wandelen is er zelfs een metro station waar je dan via tunnels over geraakt (mits overstappen natuurlijk). In het hotel kan je dagtickets voor alle openbaar vervoer kopen zodat je niet telkens een ticket moet kopen, je kan van tram naar metro overstappen zonder problemen. Top hotel met een top locatie.
