BreakFast service extremely bad. Too much mosquitoes at breakfast hall. Too many spoiled dishes are there for whole night outside the hall. Receptionist is always ready to sleep at night . Earbuds in ear and not focusing on customers. Rudely behaviour. Please Focus on these points. Request to the management.

Good staff and clean room. They also catered for our extra bed request for a justified price. This hotel is also very near to airport.

Location is good as airport is nearby. Food is excellent and service staff are very good. Since i went for standard room, the amenities are good. Nearby there are hospitals also. It's value for money

The room was comfortable. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and well mannered. The fish fingers, prawn koliwada and murgh mussallam and prawn biriyani is a must try, overall good experience

The ambiance is super untidy. The moment you enter on the ground floor reception the mat is full of dust n full of patches. Than the lift is super small only 2 people can fit. When i reached on reception the guy there asked me to wait for approx hrs wherein in my special request while booking i requested to check-in at 10 however i reached hotel at 11. 30 still i am supposed to wait for another 45 min. Moreover the guy on reception was argumentative and wanted to put his point. There were many rooms vacated n he was claiming it is not free therefore u have to wait. Breakfast was super horrible they must have bad chef.

It was a very short duration of stay. Room was ok, all basic amenities are there. But in bathroom used bottles are provided as toiletries. One should keep in mind while doing such stupidity, neither it's going to save your money otherwise it will hv a gg bad effect on your reputation. Rest food n all was perfect

Good location but you don't get a clean and fresh feeling when enter in to the room. Staffs are good, but the room is below average.
