Hotel, staff, service was all good. We enjoyed. The quality of food was aldo good can be improved.

Hotel needs to improve on parking space. It’s good for overnight stays. Rooms are bigger. Staff is cooperative

Wifi was not working for whole day and lift is terrible and food is too much oily. Customer satisfaction is zero.

Not good no breakfast on offer no laundry bag no shaving kit no toothbrush nothing on offer, all had to be bought from outside,

Clean and nice place such a amazing service The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and treat you like a god and it is near to metro station and easy to reach. The hotel has all the required amenities and will make you feel lavish with there service. The location is good as per Mumbai area

They gave a non ac room and flinched another 1500rs for ac. Very noisy as it is on the main lbs road and sound proofing is nil. Simply can't sleep all night. Staff is very good
