Hotel Kgn - Mumbai

Rooms are very small and also one room allotted to us, that doesn't have western toilet and the hand wash basin was also missing.

Hotel room is too sort that we can't even seat. Cleanness is major issue and the room size is just about 7 feet.

good, well-mannered, helpful staff. within walking distance of 5-10 minutes by taxi to the most interesting places in Mumbai. The owner is a responsive, helpful person, he personally helped me in a situation that he shouldn’t have. really great place for this money. thank you !

Location was good as per my preference. Property is also good well maintained. Staff was cooperative.

The hotel was easy to locate. The staff was courteous and responded to every query spontaneously. But i would like to add that the room size was too small, not enough to accommodate 2 persons.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues. Firstly, upon arrival, i was immediately struck by the unpleasant smell permeating the premises. It was quite discomforting and not conducive to a pleasant stay. Additionally, i encountered a significant rodent infestation during my time at the hotel. The presence of rats, coupled with their audible noises emanating from the roof, greatly disturbed my peace and comfort. Furthermore, i must highlight the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the hotel staff. Throughout my stay, i encountered rudeness and lack of hospitality, which further exacerbated my negative experience. Considering the high standards expected from accommodations booked through makemytrip, i am disappointed by the subpar conditions and service provided at the kg n hotel. I believe immediate action is necessary to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems. I kindly request a prompt investigation into this matter and appropriate measures to rectify the situation. Need to speak with an agent, the experience was terrible, very unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional environment

Room was small but ok. Mostly, the property is not reachable by cab since the approach road is covered with two layers of two wheeler parking on both sides. They are not also allowed extension of departure time though the arrival time was delayed by seven hours, they wanted a full days charge to allow the same. Mm t is requested for inclusion of properties that allow 24 hours stay time which are being practiced by many hotel establishments.
