Badly maintained hotel. seems like a hotel but run like a budget hotel model. not welll trained staff and things are just not kept cleaned. Only good thing is location

great location carpark with mall so may be tight n far if mall is crowded

The carpark is shared with the shopping center within the same building which was cramped during weekend. The room is spacious and clean. The bathtub is clean but the shower can impose a problem if you're taller person. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance. Also, many branch of banks located nearby the building.

Room big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Cleanliness are good. There hv shopping mall inside the hotel so I can shopping or find food near there. Great stay.

Classic muar hotel is my third time staying there because the downstairs has a mall and nearby have a lot of foodie, after parking we can walk along to Muar famous eat street food and enjoy breakfast. Best View This hotel is this time so lucky high floor and has a partial seaview. This hotel water heater needs 5 minutes only to enjoy a hot tub or shower. Service is super nice. They also have a good service because we cannot find a TV remote control and request for remote control in just a few minutes. (Actually too dark and remote really under the sofa) So in the morning we found two remote controls. Anyway really thanks to that guy so late I still need to work. Nearby most of the time I will enjoy the famous otak Ali char kuey teow , his stall I will order once I stay here. Hua Nan Laksa also must try but must go before 10am. Teow chew kuih must try. Location quiet good but hotel is terrible

The room is clean and spacious, but this hotel doesn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. Guest need to ask them to customer service at the lobby as every room has no telephone. Hotel provides one access card only per room to open the door. Foreigner must pay a tourism fee at RM 10.00 when check-in. This hotel close to shopping mall and nearby to many restaurants.
