Isabella Suites

My room was really spacious and really gave the wow factor. I stayed for 4 nights in January so I found it cold at night. There wasn’t a spare blanket or duvet in the wardrobe so the next day I asked for another one by email. I couldn’t get the heating to work. It took a while for a response so luckily I walked past a room that was being cleaned and the very friendly helpful cleaner came and gave me an extra duvet. I was pleased to find a hairdryer in the room but for some unknown reason it had a 2 pin plug not 3 why leave guests a hairdryer with a plug that dosent fit the countries plugs!!? It took a few messages back and forth on the WhatsApp chat until Priscilla put an adapter plug in my room. Whilst I was in the cafe the next day another lady was also complaining about the hairdryers plug. I found it hard to sleep as a lighted emergency sign by the door stays on all throughout the night. What would have made the stay better if there was a room information book including Wi-Fi code, opening times of the cafe & when a receptionist is on site. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring Valletta and nearby buses and restaurants. All in all I did enjoy my stay and having the cafe downstairs was really handy. Nice and big studio, just like in the pictures. Near the hotel are a lot of restaurants with good reviews. Very comfortable bed , I felt like home. The staff is very friendly , they helped us with everything that we needed. We had a very nice vacantion. Thank you guys and good luck:)

The room was lovely - very spacious, clean, and well-equiped. Although we booked a Standard Suite, they still equiped us with good kitchen utensils and crockeries. The hotel even provided us 2 adaptors which were really really helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Location is very good, 5-8 minutes walk from local bus stops. Overall 10/10 experience

The accommodation is in an excellent location, transport from there is well connected to all important places in Malta. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely balcony, and there is a very cute cafe on the ground floor with very friendly staff and a great selection of food and drinks.

My little family of 3 stayed 3 weeks in Isabella Suites in January, since we’re waiting for our appartment to be finished. The hotel is really clean and new. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff at the reception are dedicated. So friendly and always with a smile. Always thinking along to find a resulotion. The whatsapp service 24/7 is just a top notch service! The location is perfect, you can walk to the promenade for nice views or do some shopping. The street where Isabella Suites is located is quiet, so no noises by night. I will definitely recommend Isabella Suites for your stay in Malta! P.S. The Cafe for coffee and sandwiches is so lovely. The staff are little sunshines :)

I had such a great time staying at Isabella Suite! The place was super cozy, really clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The bed was so comfy, and I loved the little touches like the coffee and toiletries. The location was spot on—close to all the best spots but still quiet enough to relax. The staff at the reception, even if only present for half day, were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I’d totally stay here again!
