Nice hotel by the sea, we would like to thank all the staff (waiters, chambermaids, receptionists, bar staff, lifeguard), relaxing and partly successful holiday, except for the entertainment which is completely rubbish. The entertainers are more interested in single women and single mothers (Chico, Momo, Kalou). Some activities are simply not offered, contrary to what is stated on the programme (there was never any beach volleyball), sometimes you can find the activity leader smoking on a chair in front of the gym, and as far as the music in the evening is concerned, it's always the same (DJ Alex prefers to wait until the bar closes at midnight to fill up on beers). The evenings are very quiet (karaoke, dance shows, various games and that's it!). During a cooking workshop, Chico took the liberty of saying in front of everyone: ‘a woman's place is in the kitchen’ in front of the stunned eyes of the turists... Unheard of! The hotel is clean, the food is good and varied (pizza , pasta , Tunisian and Asian specialities), but despite all the efforts of the staff, we won't be coming back.

My family and I brought to this Hotel yesterday as our easy jet flight cancelled . A horrible end to an otherwise blissful holiday . What an awful hotel . Disgusting actually . I have taken photos of the room we were given . Dirty run down hell hole . I complained to reception and was met with hostility and actual denial . Very rude and unhelpful staff ! Absolutely no WiFi so communicating with work and family back home almost impossible . I have read other reviews and see some recent 5 stars being given ! What rooms did they have ? Maybe as unwelcome last minute guests we were given the worst accommodation . Food awful no choice . Dirty tables and cutlery ! My advice if you are thinking of this hotel don’t do it !

Hotel has been a great stay. Amination team are aboustly brilliant from morning till night entertaining everyone! Weather has been reasonable. Food has been tasteful and staff in restaurants in hotel are lovely smiling and kind! Hotel is very clean. Beach is white sand. Tunisa is what you make of it trips can be booked with hotel camel safari and quad bikes. We took a visit to zoo and capital of tusisa tunis. Been to to markets nabeul 12 mins in taxi. Overall stay a great trip

This was a quiet hotel but it was absolutely fantastic. You couldn’t fault the staff, the food was authentic and tasty and the beach was beautiful. The hotel could benefit from a games room I.e some board games, pool table, internet zone etc perhaps in one of the unused rooms, this would complete the experience. The external excursions sales people that hang around in the lobby/ pool can be a little off putting but if you do book a camel ride or quad bike bring extra Dinars for obligatory face masks and tips etc (which aren't mentioned (these trips are not for the faint hearted!). If you prefer historical trips ask at the reception desk the staff are so helpful. We were taken on the best excursions for reasonable prices, better than what the tour operator offered and our guide Habib was the most attentive driver/ guide we’ve ever had, couldn’t rate him enough! Overall a fantastic trip I would rate this hotel as a 4 ⭐.

Have stayed here lots of times this year was the first since 2019 all the communal areas have been done up. this hotel is on a really nice beach that you get to down a path through the bungalows rooms the beach is clean and watersports are available.the pools are clean plenty of sunbeds the children love the slide pool. onsite there is a shop which has everything you need and is cheaper than outside shops a money exchange and hairdressers. Food in the main restaurant is good lots of choice the only thing that could do with improving is the kids selection which was the same everyday pasta,pasta sauce and mash chicken nuggets was on cold salad section with sauce all over. Fresh pizzas was lovely and the man let the children pick what they wanted on the pizza which they loved. Our waiter in the restaurant was lovely had drinks ready on the table .the snack bar by the pool has pancakes,cakes and sandwiches in the afternoon only problem was the sandwich was put under the heat lamp the snack bar wasn't as good as previous visits used to have chicken kebabs pizza chips.the rooms are clean and cleaned daily fresh towels beds changed once a week then rooms could do with up grading but have everything you need TV with 2 English movie channels air con worked but wasn't ice cold room was cool enough though. The staff at this hotel really make your holiday the reception staff,bar staff,waiters, lifeguards are all really friendly and nothing is to much trouble.the animation team was good with kids and nice not too much in your face they work none stop lots of stuff going on in the day archery football volleyball,darts the shows at night are good fun. Outside the hotel is shops and restaurants was a bit worried look at the reviews before we come from people in the UK but there was no need all entertainment was in English we had a fantastic holiday and will be back next year

Not a hotel for British guests... does not cater for the British food wise! Room grubby and dated.. bedding was supposed to have been changed...it was just rotated/ upside down ( l killed a bug on the sheet foot end and it was head end after cleaners visit) Local spirits were disgusting, coffee from machine wasn't too bad! Food repetitive and sometimes cold! We ate out mist nights as food so poor! Monsefthe waiter superb man ( we knew him from years ago) so helpful and kind. Animation team were lovely ...Dino 100% a few were happy to make very rude comments about British guest... Lifeguard great!!
