Good atmosphere specially when you are coming for the first time in Tunisia 🇹🇳 this hotel let feel the traditional and the culture from the entertainment every night and during the day also like the preparation of the traditional food Tunisian ..of course i will not forget how much the personal very lovely 🥰 and helpful a lot even when we come it was not the season start yet in the hotel and it was during preparation for open his door agin but he still lovely and beautiful hotel and me and all my family we are very happy for our staying here and 100% I recommend this hotel for the family’s ♥️♥️♥️

I booked the hotel in Aug 24 for a weekend to enjoy the beach. I booked a triple room with my daughter and wife and a double room for my in-law parents. Unfortunately, we got our room at 3pm despite check-in is 2pm. The triple room is in fact a room with 2 beds where they add a third bed despite the small size of the room. Despite my 10 or 11 times sns scandals in the reception and escalation with the hotel manager they provided a broken bed at 9pm At the end, I pit the mattress on the floor as they could neither provide a bed or a different room. The room service is terrible as they ignore your requests no matter how many times you remind them or escalate them. Food is really below average gor the price. The management is inefficient and not able to solve a y issues. The only reason I did not cancel the stay is because I have no further option with my work trips. I would not recommend this hotel until it is fixed ans become up to the 4 star hotel rating as for now it is 1 star max.

First we arrived to the hotel on time they took passports and we kept waiting for 20 min as we mad reservation through *********** we told them it says check in at 12:00 on the email they said that its wrong check in is at 14:00 but we will check you in early but give us some time which am sure its just made up after getting to the room after 40 minutes of waiting tlits not as expected they said we gaive you nice room which is not shower broken tv broken after calling them to fix it i asked about the coffee and tea set in the room which 99.9% of hotels have it they said try with housekeeping saw one of the staff she said ill get you that but at night when we got to the room saw her again she said we dont have enough as its in few rooms may be tomorrow and the hotel is full which is not true alot of rooms vacant and i did not see that much people customer service is so bad staff some of them are nice but the majority is rude you dont feel welcomed there talking to each other using bad words with no respect to customers and shouting on each other. Second is the food room service is so slow we asked for plate of fruits not big deal it did not come after one hour called and canceled after several trials with no answer then they came after 2 hours while we are sleeping and called the room we just ignored We did not eat at the hotel at all as the restaurants are closed or kitchen closed we ate at the bøbar at the beach nice one as it does not belong to the hotel and nice food as you see in the photo . The towels you need to need to know some one or pay some one as they dont give you have to ask for it for the salty swimming pool i dont know how or by any form they got the 5⭐️ Stars as compared to the other 5⭐️ Stars i go around the world they are not even one any thing you can close one eye but customer service its most important in any hotels or in the whole industry hope you see this before you fall in the trap happy days .

Ottima posizione fronte spiaggia, facile accesso alla spiaggia non ci sono ostacoli il percorso è adatto anche per disabili, le camere sono belle confortevoli attrezzate e sempre pulite, balcone vista mare attrezzato con sedie e tavolino ed anche stendi biancheria, acqua sempre calda. L atmosfera è di un hotel tranquillo, con un atmosfera rilassante, ho trascorso una settimana in pieno relax , servita e riverita da tutto lo staff( bar ristorante reception animatore sicurezza in hotel ed in spiaggia), sicuramente vale le 4 stelle che ha ogni servizio è stato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, mi sono sentita coccolata come una regina, hotel pulitissimo, nonostante l ampio parco floreale non c era mai una figlia x terra tutti i servizi sono al di sopra della media un ringraziamento speciale al Direttore Jamil che è stato professionale e gentile molto ospitale( il migliore di tutti i direttori )ed a Samir per la sua gentilezza e cordialità, tutto è stato per me eccezionale e favoloso Giuseppina Marchionneschi

L’hôtel et les employés sont tellement magnifiques, chaleureux .😍😍 Je recommanderai cet hôtel et souhaiterais y repartir pour un nouveau séjour 🫶🏾. Merci à Wajdi de la réception pour votre agréable humour et votre gentillesse. Ainsi qu’à Samir le directeur de la résidence !!🫡🤍
