If you’re considering booking an all-inclusive stay at this hotel, here are a few details from me as someone visiting Tunisia for the first time. Let me start by saying that Tunisia is truly part of Africa, and whether you’re traveling to the Nozha Beach Resort from Hammamet or Monastir, you’ll quickly experience the local culture along the way. I wouldn’t recommend driving here yourself. Firstly, traffic operates on an unwritten set of rules—crosswalks, parking lots, and even stationary buses are largely ignored. It’s common to see pedestrians stopping cars with a wave of their hand, and the narrow streets make maneuvering quite challenging. But let’s get to the important stuff: Location Nozha Beach Resort is situated between Nabeul and Hammamet, both great spots for a cloudy-day excursion and easily accessible by taxi for around 12 TND. Bargaining is a way of life here, and locals will try to overcharge tourists—don’t let them. Nozha is surrounded by several hotels along the shoreline, but heading west, only three or four hotels are still operational. Beyond that, you’ll find broken piers and empty land, a stark reminder of the economic challenges in the area. If you’re looking for a beautiful seaside experience in a nice hotel, this is the place for you. Beach As I mentioned earlier, the area is lined with hotels, but I can confidently say this beach was the cleanest, free of seaweed. Towel rentals cost 20 TND, and people often claim their spots under umbrellas early in the morning. If the entire hotel decided to head to the beach instead of the pool, there wouldn’t be enough space for everyone, so grab your spot while you can. Between the loungers and the water, vendors selling drums, shirts, rugs, and even cigarettes are common. One guy shouting “Marlboro cigarettes!” is hard to forget. However, they don’t walk between the loungers, which limits their access to when you head to the water. If they approach, a polite refusal is enough, and if they’re too persistent, hotel staff will escort them away. Food Food is undoubtedly a key part of any vacation, especially with all-inclusive packages. Breakfast was continental, and if you weren’t already full, you’d find yourself in line for an omelet or fried eggs like a true European. Scrambled eggs were also available, but they clearly hadn’t met salt. The selection included both savory and sweet options, and the pancakes were decent all seven days. Desserts, juices, pastries, bambalouni (Tunisian doughnuts), grilled and raw vegetables were plentiful, though the grilled ones didn’t attract much attention. Each meal came with salads and a variety of dressings, but none were particularly appealing, so I stuck with plain veggies. I also saw some cereals but didn’t trust them much. Lunch and dinner featured plenty of meats, vegetables, and other dishes. The longest lines were usually for fresh tuna, shrimp, fish, or roasted meats. We recently spent a week at this hotel, and while our experience was positive overall, there are a few areas that could enhance future guests’ stays. Ambience and Lobby Area: The hotel offers excellent value for the price, although it may not quite reach the standards of a 4-star property compared to some in Turkey. The reception area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating both indoors and on the rattan furniture outside, setting a pleasant tone upon arrival. Rooms: Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and a very cozy bed. The bathroom was well-sized, and the shower’s water pressure remained consistently strong throughout our stay. While the room's decor was modern and cheerful, the bathroom decor could use a bit of an upgrade to match the rest of the suite. You get a free safe and a fridge in the room. Each day the cleaning maid would leave a fresh bottle of water. Dining and Bars: Dining options were decent but somewhat limited in variety due to the hotel’s smaller size. Breakfast offered a fair range of choices, though it was modest, and the beach restaurant served a decent selection of salad and meat dishes at lunch. For dinner, the main restaurant continued this trend: limited options but generally tasty, with standout breads that were some of the best we’ve had abroad. We found the hotel’s bars – located at the beach, pool, and lobby – offered friendly and quick service, though the alcoholic drinks left a bit to be desired. However, the availability of familiar soft drink brands like Coca-Cola and Sprite was a welcome touch. Beach and Pool: We spent much of our time on the lovely beach, enjoying the soft, white sand and warm water, though choppy seas prevailed after our first day due to constant winds. The beach could have been cleaner, as we noticed some litter like plastic cups and cigarette butts; it would be helpful if both guests and beach staff were more vigilant about keeping it tidy. We did appreciate the relaxing atmosphere by moving further from the front row, as beach vendors frequent the area and can be distracting when close. We also visited the pool, which was a good size but seemed in need of more frequent cleaning. Service and Cleanliness: Staff were warm and attentive, especially the cleaning team, who left our room spotless daily. However, table cleaning at the restaurants could be improved. Clearing and sanitizing tables seemed slow, and service lagged at times. A faster table turnover might also help reduce the fly issue we noticed, despite the addition of fly catchers at the beach restaurant. Free WiFi which worked really well around the hotel. Always had to pay extra in Turkish AI resorts for WiFi so well done Nozha. Additional Observations: Our stay coincided with late September, and the hotel had a mix of guests. Not all were ideal, and we observed a few disruptive behaviors from our fellow English visitors. That said, staff handled these situations professionall

Great hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The animation team are all brilliant and do events during the day. Midou was great. The pool is beautiful and so close to the beach it is an excellent holiday enjoyed by all. Rooms are nice and

Currently at the hotel and the flies are a real issue here. Never been to a hotel where there are so many. Little seems to be done to reduce them in the restaurant areas. It makes for an unpleasant experience whilst eating. The beach is lovely and the food is generally ok. Overall the hotel is good but I would rate it a 3 star and not 4 star. However, like I said the hotel needs to get a grip with the flies and do something about it. Still got a few more days left and let's see if things can improve.

We visited this hotel in September 2024. I personally have nothing to complain about, for the price the service was excellent. - The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. - The food was great, so typical of their cuisine, but there was always something to choose from (lots of fruits, vegetables, different types of dishes, ice cream) - There were 3 bars on offer (one on the beach, one by the pool and one by the reception) - the sea was beautifully clean, super gentle entry into the sea and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds - the staff is very helpful and kind, with whom we had no problem. We still saw someone cleaning either the interior spaces or the areas around the pool. - every day from morning to evening there was a program (football, volleyball, aerobics, disco...) - a bit further from the airport (2.5 hours) but it can be managed, it is worth the price.
