Tui Blue Manar

I start this review with the following background. I’m 70 with a Mobility scooter and my better half is a bit younger. Arrival and departure at the Manar was very swift. We had a ground floor room in block Manar 1. This bock houses most of the day to day facilities. The room was well appointed with a good size en-suite suitable for a wheelchair. There was a plug socket each side of the bed. An extension lead would be a help if charging you scooter. Uk adapters will be required. With very limited English TV channels a Firestick will give you Netflix and Prime video. The stick would not run the uk catchup channels and that was using a vpn. The room were also equipped with a fridge and safe. We were very happy with the accommodation. There is a large ‘buffet type’ restaurant. There are lots of very friendly waiters (say hi to Number one Ramsey) who will fetch drinks and clear tables. As this is a family hotel it can get busy . The back ground noise can get annoying, but as I said. I am 70. The food was of a good standard and the menu was repeated the following week. The A la carte restaurant was an excellent dinning experience that must not be missed. The snack bar by the relaxing pool was a frequent stop off point for lunch. Providing food and drinks throughout the day. A quick and informal buffet service. The beach and beach bar was our morning haunt. The guys in the beach bar could not do enough for you, and again, the service was outstanding. The beach is well laid out and very clean. Using a mobility scooter was not a problem. There are lifts inside Manar 1 and ramps to all outside levels. The areas I haven’t mentioned, are as you would expect to find. But the main thing that makes this hotel, is the staff. There are smiles and kindness everywhere. A special shoutout to the customer relations team who could not do enough for you, and if you did have a problem, it was soon sorted out. This holiday was a last minute buy for a quick break. We had previously been the the TUI Blue Makadi Gardens an thought nothing could compare. How wrong were we!

Can’t complain about anything, room was amazing. Staff were incredible, beach on the doorstep. Plenty to do and see. Food was great, such a variety and delicious. Extra mile taken by many staff. They have a market on a Thursday in lobby which was brilliant too.

The hotel in all is amazing the staff are superb but big shout out to NAIM our waiter who made it more special also the lifeguard who made the kids feel safer and interacted very well with them while also doing his job on the slides I will get his name and edit it into this review the hotel deserves 5**

this is my first time to Afica, and Tunis is my first visit. TUI Blue Manar hotel where I stayed. And Nour is the best receptionist I have ever met in the world wide. I have ever been to many countries. She is the best staff. Smiles all the time and explains very clear. Make me feel like home. 这是我第一次来非洲，突尼斯是我的第一站。我住在 TUI Blue Manar 酒店。努尔是我见过的全世界最好的接待员。我去过很多国家。她是最好的员工。总是面带微笑，解释得非常清楚。让我感觉像在家一样。

Me and my family visited Tui Manar, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Such a pleasant place to visit. The team are wonderful and so helpful! Would stay here again.

We have not long arrived home from our family holiday (2 adults & 5y/o) and can't rate this hotel highly enough. We were greeted on arrival to tea and macrons, a lovely man took over very heavy 🙈 suitcases to our room for us, which was definitely appreciated in the scorching heat. The hotel was busy but didnt feel overcrowded due to the size of it and the many pools and beach area. The food was excellent, even my picky 5 year old enjoyed it! Drinks are what you would expect from an AI hotel, although we found the drinks better from the indoor lobby. It was a nice extra having the second family bar on manar 2 where we were staying. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. There were many little touches that we noticed throughout the week that made this hotel stand out from any other family hotels we have stayed at, fresh flowers on the tables in the lobby, the lovely man playing piano every night, the on site photographer, the little gifts left in our room on our last evening. But the stand out thing that will make us definitely return again (which we never do) is the staff. All of them are amazing, the lifeguards, the bar staff, waiting staff, reception, tui reps, the entertainment staff, the two men in the shop, i can't speak highly of them all enough. But especially, kadesha who cleaned our room for us every day (2110). She is such a lovely lady and we would return alone just to see her, my son absolutely loved her and she came to see us on our last day to say goodbye. This is a fab hotel and we can't wait to come back again! Definitely will recommend to everyone!
