Royal Inn & Suites

Arrived, customer service was really good. Got our room and the key wouldn't let us in. Front desk came and taught us how to slam the door handle into working. After that, we had it. The room appears clean, but had some misses I won't get into as it would read worse than it was and the price was really good.

First room was dirty with hair in the shower and on the bed sheets. Floor needed to be swept. They did move us to another room but that was only marginally better.

It was fairly clean. Not much of a view. Poor WI Fi. Not a place I would prefer to stay again.

There was bugs, a spider the size of my hand on the bathtub. There was a bug catcher in the corner and spider webs EVERYWHERE. The bed was uncomfy and the floor made my son's feet black. It was gross and just overall an awful experience

Nice place to stay on the road. A small offering of breakfast.

Property was updated nicely. Room was clean. It was very quiet. Hotel was very convenient to the highway. I can't remember the last time i paid less than $100 for a room. It is an older property but good quality for the price.

First out room had leaky faucet moved us to newer room and shower head blew off flooding room. Sink had sewer gas every night. Cleaning lady came by every morning at 8:30 to clean room and we were only ones there. Breakfast was unsanitary and portioned into hand filled containers.

The room was clean. H as board is Wood. Floor is snap lock tile. Hair dryer, iron, tv, microwave, refrigerator and Luggage rack in room. Ice bucket and (1) trash can in room. I asked for coffee and coffee pot and they were both supplied to room. Overall nice setup to room. Spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. Handles Not attached and gave as shower pulled. Nice water flow and temperatures from shower head. Good heater but very noisy. Bed looked good upon entrance. However, immediately upon laying down, you roll towards the center. Considered pulling mattress to floor to get sleep but didn’t. So saying that at some point after placing pillows behind and between my husband and I, we slept. Well kinda slept anyway. I believe if they Changed the Mattress the room could be a good nights stay. I hope this helps. We could not use pillows under our heads which was better used behind us.

Easy, clean, convenient stay. Close to shopping and many restaurants.
