We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

此次普陀山之行，入住普陀山息耒紫竹行舍堪稱完美。酒店位置絕佳，可以看到海，臨近各大著名景點，出行極為便利，讓我們輕鬆開啟禮佛與觀光之旅。 踏入房間，温馨雅緻的佈置瞬間舒緩身心。設施完備且品質上乘，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品精良。 服務更是無可挑剔。工作人員小錢和週週熱情友好，從辦理入住時的貼心指引，到遊玩過程中的專業建議，再到餐飲時的細緻服務，都讓人如沐春風。餐飲豐富可口，無論是當地特色美食還是家常菜餚，都做得地道美味。 在普陀山這片神聖的土地上，普陀山息耒紫竹行舍為旅程增色不少。強烈推薦給各位香客與遊客，相信它也會為你帶來難忘的住宿體驗。

非常好的入住體驗，第三次來普陀山了，因為普陀車班車排隊時間太長了，我訂酒店都注重位置，之前住在普濟寺附近，原來以為這次住的會稍偏點，兩天下來卻給了我太多的驚喜，首先到普濟寺步行15分鐘左右，沿途景色很美途經百步沙，導航提示到南海觀音和紫竹林12分鐘，經當地人告訴我，出酒店左轉在200米左右一個公共衞生間（最後一張圖）旁邊彎過去4分鐘就到了紫竹林，酒店對面就是南天門，真是太方便了。敬香回來就坐在酒店對面沙灘上聽海浪的聲音，看南誨觀音！酒店工作人員服務態度也都很好，拎行李、增加物品等常規服務都很到位，特別感謝前台小魏姑娘（圖一）不厭其煩，有問必答，非常的細心，從寄存行李到酒店車輛的接送都很貼心。最後還有一點也是我們最滿意的，出門在外吃很重要，眾所周知景區的物價和質量都是很糟心，而在普陀山有一家公認的比較好的餐飲店“美製美味”有個分店就在樓下，敬香回來已經很累了，回房間沖個澡，穿個拖鞋下樓大塊朵頤，太舒服了。決定明年還住這邊！
