Room was not up to the marks showcase in the pictures, also basic cleaning was not up to standards, price is to high compare to services.

We 5 friends can not stay there at star villa b'cos of family hotel rules. We waste all the booking money. We disappointed.

The staff is so polite and friendly. No problem with that but the hotel itself isn’t that worth it. Neither the rooms are that big nor the bathrooms. And in the name of extra bed all they provide is a mattress on the floor. Which isn’t good and also the room dine-in time is only till 10:30 which seems to be way less. They don’t even provide basic stuff like water bottles and clean bed in the room before the arrival of the guest. Which hurts cos it’s not justifying the money they charge.

We had an excellent hospitality during the stay in the hotel, the staff talked so politely, if i revisit mount abu, the "star villa hotel" will come first in my mind.
