Location is very good and employees are cooperative. But MMT only writes lake view. It should also mention the room is Lake view or not. I have to pay 1000 more for Lake view room. you may suggest to make their menu more rich in respect of varieties.

No dental kit provided, dingy rooms with poor interior design, and an unclean toilet. The lack of lighting above the mirror added to the discomfort. Despite booking a deluxe room, it felt no better than a standard one. The bedsheets were poorly ironed, and to top it off, the receptionist was far from welcoming. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Overall stay was very comfortable. The property is at a prime location facing Nakki lake and in near viscinity to main market. Staff is also very helpful.
