My husband and I just spent 4 lovely days at the hotel. Keep in mind it is a 3 star hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. If you have issues with stairs, notify them in advance. The two flights up to our room was worth the view. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The A/C was not as strong as we are used to in the US but it was okay. The pool was refreshing but could use some freshening up. Perhaps some flowers that are not dead and prettier furniture and small tables would help. It could be done without too much effort. Parking was fine and hopefully the construction will be finished soon. We recommend a car. Walking to the darling old village is 20 minutes with limited sidewalks and is very hilly. It would be dangerous at night. The hotel has laundry on site, although the dryer was slow to dry. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and the town of Mougins to you. It was a good base for our day trips to Provence, Nice and Antibes. The negative reviews of this hotel were not our experience.

Our family recently stayed at Le Club Mougins, drawn by its convenient location and promising amenities, but our experience was marred by several issues that left us frustrated and unlikely to return. The apartment itself was a highlight—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a functional kitchen, making it comfortable for our family. The parking was also convenient. However, these positives were overshadowed by significant downsides. The pool was average and the mini-golf was practically non-existent, in such poor condition that it was unusable. The staff were okay but didn’t seem overly invested in addressing our concerns. The biggest issues were the ongoing construction work and the malfunctioning air conditioning. Construction right in front of our apartment started early in the morning, creating disruptive noise that made relaxation impossible. Worse, the air conditioning in our apartment wasn’t working during a week of soaring temperatures, leaving us hot and uncomfortable. We complained multiple times, and while we were told it would be fixed no repairs were made. The alternative apartment offered was dark, gloomy, and split over two levels, which we found unsuitable for our family, so we stayed put. To compensate, they offered a free breakfast, but we were never notified about it. At checkout, they claimed they had called us to collect it, but no such call was received. To add to the disappointment, no discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience, leaving us feeling like the management didn’t care about our experience. While Le Club Mougins has a practical location, the noise, broken air conditioning, and poor customer service made this a disappointing stay.

We have been there 2 years ago with tennis court and sauna. They are no longer available. The tennis court is now parking and parking will become a recreational area, but no telling when. The pool is small considering how crowded it could be if fully booked. Excellent location for proximity of grocery and bus. We went down to Cannes and up to Grasse for the day for 2,50 euro each. Great time. We will not go again unless they get a pickleball court in their new recreational area.

Honestly, a disgrace. We visited 8 years ago and have fond memories but the place has fallen apart. Please don’t believe most of these reviews, they’re completely fake as you’ll see with their names (3 letters). The whole club is falling apart, the apartments look tired, the car park is filthy, the sofa was filthy, the phone in our room didn’t work, the bedding was stained. The air-conditioning was barely working. The list goes on. One positive is the close proximity to the Mougins old town up the hill. I enjoyed walking up there to the bars and restaurants. Very fancy and picturesque. Club Mougins was one of the worst trips we’ve done as a family. We’re Diamond Resort members and have passed on our complaint to them. We won’t be back. If you have booked for summer, please reconsider. Your trip won’t be what you’re expecting.
