Heaven What a holiday should be and truly what it means to be all-inclusive. You will never need to complain. Just ask, and they will make it happen for you. We truly made some memories at this wonderful resort. The food and drinks are of a such a high standard that you feel you are dining at new Michelin each time. Views, beach and room were all wonderful and completed the feel of luxury. We also enjoyed the shows in the evening. We would like this to continue to improve if at all possible as a few others said similar. The staff are whst make Oceania and they do the Ikos brand proud. You can see that they are happy to work there and it honestly does make you enjoy your time so much more. From the senior management, bar and waiting to the cleaners and buggy drivers thank you so much for all the hard work. We have booked to return May 2025 with more people so we can show them the ikos way we have fallen in love with. See you soon Oceania xx

We have just returned from an amazing 7 nights here. We were recommended to Ikos by our Son and his girlfriend who had visited another Ikos resort in Spain and were so impressed they suggested trying a different resort. We arranged the holiday as a surprise for my husbands 60th Birthday and we were so glad we chose this resort. The hotel is beautiful, amazing views, well kept grounds and the rooms are lovely spotlessly clean with everything you need. The staff were excellent and always looked happy. Everything we asked they sorted for us, nothing was too much trouble. We were served around the pool by the lovely Angela service always with a smile and again nothing too much trouble for her, Restaurants were fabulous, we tried them all for dinner including one dine out. Food and service at each and everyone was exceptional. We loved them all and had different favourites between the 8 of us . Breakfast we went to both the French & the Greek restaurants, both had great dishes on the menu but our favourite was the Greek where we were Greeted so warmly every morning. They even remembered what we had to drink each morning. My Husband was made to feel special for his birthday with a bottle of fizz and fruit brought to the room with a hand written card and then a Cake at the Asian restaurant. Angela also brought the 8 of us a special cocktail to help celebrate his birthday. We absolutely loved our time here and will return. Thanks everyone at Ikos Oceania you made our holiday so special.

Previous reviews of the overall staff service and restaurant quality are correct, in the few days we’ve been here, the food has been exceptional for AI, and the staff have been great. The lower rating is related to the room issues we’re having. Having booked quite late we were only able to secure a “Deluxe Junior Suite”. As a family of 3, with an almost 10 year old, I would normally book a 2 bed or at least separate sleeping area for our family. However the floor plan (and images suggesting a LOT more space between the main sleeping area and the extra section, suggested enough room, even though altogether. The reality has sadly been a very small room. Our first room, 1224 backed onto a (unrelated to the hotel) building site with barking dogs and reversing lorries beeping. We raised our concerns and the hotel moved us, but the issues remain in the small size of the room. We’re now backing onto the large laundry / hotel lorry area, so not sure how quiet that will be! I had hoped to find a solution with a larger size room, but this has not been possible. It’s been a disappointing experience with sleep disruption, as so much of this concept works, however more transparency should be given when booking a “suite” when clearly it is not more than a standard size hotel room for 2.

My wife and son had stayed at an IKOS resort on Corfu in 2023, and loved it. They were desperate to go to another so we booked into Oceania based upon their recommendation and we are so glad we did. The experience was perfect. Great staff. Fantastic food. Great rooms. Wonderful facilities. We were looked after from being picked up at the airport throughout and deposited back at the airport. One particular mention should go to the staff who were superb. We also felt it was great value for money. Thoroughly recommended. We will be back!

This was our second visit to an IKOS Hotel, we visited Dassia last year, so we had high expectations in terms of food quality and level of service and I must admit that Oceana did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and checked in by the lovely Zanthy, to the moment we left, we were well looked after and had a fabulous time. We ate in all of the restaurants including the Buffet and both the food and service was first class. We also dined out twice at Erodios, and again the food and service was superb. The hotel is not perfect, it is showing signs of age in places and it is also built on a very steep hill which could be an issue if you have mobility problems, but what does make it special is the level of service you receive from all of the staff, they really are superb and go out of their way to make sure you are having a great time. There are too many great staff to mention them all but the ones that particularly stood out for us were: Ervisa in the adult section of Flavors – always had a smile on her face and a lovely lady. Christina in Helios Bar/Hall – looked after us very well. Alex at the main pool during the day and Helios Bar/Hall some evenings – lovely guy to chat with. Antigoni from Guest Relations – sought us out a few times to check on how we were and always made time for a chat. There were many more also, all of the waiters/waitresses in Indigo Bar and at the Main Pool Bar who always remembered our drinks and how we like them served, thank you to all of you. We have already booked our holidays for next year, including 2 weeks at IKOS Aria, but maybe we’ll find room to squeeze in another week and return to Oceana.

We were fortunate enough to travel around and stayed in lots of beautiful hotels around BUT the people are always making the difference and we can say with all of our heart that Ikos Oceania has the greatest and more attentive people working. A huge appreciation for Dimitris Deluxe Manager , Artemis the guest services manager , Alex guest services supervisor, Ria the reception manager , Elsa , Vangelis and every single member of their team for their care , their every day smiles and greetings and for making us feel so special. You will always be in our heart !!!

The quality of service is excellent. The young people who make the stay one to remember work so hard and yet remain cheerful and polite. Initially we were greeted by Antigoni, a delightful young lady who explained everything we needed to know on arrival, she continued to be helpful throughout our stay. Around the pools, there is Demi, always ready with a smile and a friendly chat, as well as getting the drinks. Also on pool duty was Archie and Ju Lio, two charming young men. It would be difficult to name everyone individually, but, shout out to Olga on reception, Irini at the bar and Maria in Ouzo. The garden room was lovely, with plenty of room for clothes etc. Cups and glasses are discretely stored in drawers, so keeping clean lines in the room. Although one guest wanted labels on said drawers because he had difficulty locating things. I think that would spoil the neatness of the room. The mini bar was well stocked with branded drinks. the Nespresso coffee maker was a great bonus. All the pools were clean and the quality was checked daily. There are shallow pools for children too. Aqua Fit is a MUST, it was great fun. There's lots of sunbeds with room for everyone. The beach is great for beach lovers, shelving gently into the sea. The sunbeds were much busier there. Dining was also excellent. We made reservations BEFORE going on holiday and booked Provence, Ouzo, and the Beach Club. We couldn't make more than 3 reservations before arrival, so, we never managed to book Anaya or Fresco. Flavors was great for buffet dining.

Our 8th visit to this wonderful country place. Lovely to meet Vangelis , Florin and Thekkla again, also Efrista in the main bar who always remembered how we like our Gin & Tonics and remembered from last year! We recognised a lot of staff and they recognised us too, there are too many to name but every member of staff were wonderful. Chrysa, the waitress who used to be in Provence and now in Ouzo and Anaya is always quiet but smiling and friendly. The one person who made our holiday was Eva at the adults pool, she was outstanding in every way and words can’t express her amazing approach to everyone. I just hope she is still there next year. We meet some lovely people around the pool but special congratulations to Megan and her partner who were engaged on the beach. Our last afternoon was made special by watching a beautiful wedding on the yoga deck, congratulations to them. We will be back next year

As always our holiday at Oceania was wonderful! All of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our third stay at Oceania and we will be going back again. I would like to give particular praise to Nicole the pilates teacher who is a brilliant instructor. She pays attention to individual needs and gears the exercises to their needs, she clearly loves her job ! Also another wonderful member of staff is Eva, the adult poolside attendant. she is so hard working making sure that people have a continuous flow of refreshments. She serves everything with her lovely smile and amazing sense of humour! All the staff are wonderful but I can't mention each one by name , but I really wanted to praise Nicole and Eva especially.
