It has air conditioning and heat pump through ducts for greater climatic efficiency. The two bedrooms have their bathroom attached and the living room has a sofa, dining table and 46 ”Samsung Led Smart Tv. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with drawers and the beds have quality spring mattresses. The kitchen is new with State-of-the-art appliances which has a direct access to the terrace. It has 40 square meters of room.

With a privileged location, right next to the “los Moriscos” Golf Course and then right next to the “Playa Granada” Beach; It is located in a quiet area next to other similar buildings. Very flat area with almost no traffic and whose access to the beach is completely pedestrianized. A 5 min by car to Motril, Shopping Center, (alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Mercadona, Decathlon, Lidl, etc., and the town's leisure area. Nearby and on foot, restaurants, leisure areas, Golf Course next to the urbanization in a beautiful setting and near golf training course.
Playa Granada is a 5-minute drive from Motril and a 10-minute drive from Almuñecar. The city of Granada is 30 minutes away by car and 1 hour from the city of Malaga.
