Hotel Mostar

房間很大很乾凈，早餐很豐富，性價比非常高，前台服務也比較周到，值得入住的酒店，但是酒店的地理位置距離景區有一定距離。

New hotel. You get what you pay for. Clean. Good service. Ample choice for breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Centrally located, 10 minutes walk from the old bazaar, 5 minutes walk from the big shopping mall. Room with nice spectacular views.

The hotel has been very nicely renovated. My double room was very clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The food was also good and delicious, with a conventional buffet breakfast. Do keep your plate safe as waiters can be a bit too quick to take it away. I didn't use any of the wellness facilities.

Was on a group tour with Costsaver/Trafalgar and stayed one night at this hotel. Glad it was only one night. The room was very dim and some pot lights not working. The room was so hot the thermostat read 26 degrees celsius. I could not adjust the a/c and Mostar outside is so hot hot hot! Went down to the front lobby reception to ask them to adjust it. They did check on their computer and said they would lower it a few degrees. When I woke up in the morning the thermostat in the room still was at 26 degrees celsius. That is not right that they regulate the a/c from their front desk to keep it so hot. Not pleasant. I even felt that the lighting in the room got dimmer and dimmer as it got later. Even the light in the hallways in the early evening are off and only come on when there is movement. The only nice thing about this hotel was our group had an included buffet dinner at their hotel restaurant. The food was very good. A lot of choice meat, chicken, fries and desserts.

Bom hotel, quarto confortável e limpo Funcionário extremamente desagradável e mal educado no pequeno almoço. Não havia sumo de laranja porque a máquina estava avariada então tentei tirar um café expresso. A máquina do café só tira café longo. O funcionário disse por várias vezes que o expresso tinha que se pagar. Tudo bem eu pago. Uma vergonha de serviço prestado pelo funcionário. Com tanta gente para atender e em vez de resolver o problema do sumo de laranja só estava preocupado com o pagamento do meu expresso. Alguma vez eu questionei o pagamento?!
