Student Hotel Mostar

Ok value, especially if you have an early departure from the bus or train station. We stayed at the end of June and there were still students in residence, mostly studying in the downstairs reception cafe area. We didn't hear any partying or anything at least, and alcohol isn't allowed. The room was spacious with 4 single beds and the beds were comfortable enough. There was a small fridge in the room too, no kettle. The bathroom needed more hooks and also the shower was very small with nowhere to put personal effects. These could all be overlooked for the price and location. The issue was the aircon didn't cool the room so we sweated and tossed throughout the night. It worked but there was only a zephyr of air coming out near the door so the rest of the room stayed hot. Breakfast was very basic as I don't think many people were staying. Eggs, hotdogs, bread, some cucumber, cheese and ham. Plus coffee. It was sufficient.

Hotel visited in August 2022 Old lobby and dining room, small lift and very very poor breakfast but the rooms are very nice and comfortable, renovated,there is also underground parking and good location. Good price. Recommending

It is a student hotel so can't expect much. The room has many single beds (4 in ours). Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served like a cafeteria style with Fried eggs, sausages, salad, watermelon, cold sliced ham and cheese, bread rolls, croissants and other spread for the bread. Tea and coffee are badly made and only orange fruit drink is provided. You feel embarrassed to return for more. I wanted to have the wholemeal roll but the lady told me it was the same as the white roll on top of the counter. I insisted she gave me the wholemeal behind the counter but she was angry. She did not speak English. We checked out before 7 am. Was promised breakfast would be packed for us upon check out and placed at reception. However, nothing was done. Breakfast was served between 7 am and 10 am. So it was an empty promise.
