First of all we used their taxi service which was perfectly on time. In the hotel we spent the first afternoon at the beautiful pool (and enjoyed the view of Kili in the evening). The food in the hotel is great (Italian inspired) and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Rooms were clean and beautiful. I wish I could have stayed there longer. Great food, super hospitality. Stayed 2 nights there on our way to climb Kilimanjaro and it was a fantastic introduction to Tanzania. The host and staff there took great care of us.

This hotel is a hidden gem, absolutely amazing! We spent only one night, but we couldn't have had a better experience. For starters, we arrived late (10pm) after our Safari and were super hungry but the restaurant was already closed. But the owner Tommy went over the top and heated some lasagnas they had frozen from earlier (which were delicious btw) just so we had something to eat. The whole staff was very friendly! And the accomodations are exceptional! Every single detail is beautifully arranged, the room was very big, the bed was confortable and huge, the shower was amazing. And their property is absolutely stunning. The scenario is beautiful, there are three swimming pools and the decorarion and garden are superb. Not to mention the delicious food we had the other day for lunch. Supposedly there is a stunning view from Mt Kilimanjaro, but the cloudy weather didn't allow us to see it. We wish we have stayed longer and are eager to be back someday.

Beautiful place, fabulous view, great customer service! We wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel. We arrived at midnight after flight delays and were greeted by the host with delicious fresh juice. So welcoming! Breakfast on the patio overlooking the valley below.

This is a unique and outstanding boutique hotel. The owner is welcoming, the accommodation of the highest quality and the catering excellent. Buffet breakfast poolside, with cooked options in addition, sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. The host is a first class chef so dinner is also a culinary treat. Perfect.

Beautiful quiet location. Outstanding service and European decor. Excellent food for lunch and dinner, although there is a limited menu. Breakfast included, other meals a la carte. Nice selection of beer, wine, etc. Purified water available I'm the taps! Owner lives on premises.

The property is absolutely beautiful! And that's not even the best part. The people/staff are truly special. The food is great and the location is perfect. A special place to go relax after a day exploring Moshi or Mount Kilimanjaro (which you have a spectacular view of from the pool deck.

After hiking Kilimanjaro , it was the perfect place to stay for a few days relaxation . Klaus and his staff are impeccable hosts , it is spotlessly clean , the food is great and the location ideal .
