Vous êtes à peine arrivé et avant d'avoir votre chambre on vous demande déjà le règlement. Il ne faut pas avoir très faim pour le repas du soir car les quantités sont vraiment insuffisantes et manger avec des couverts sales n'est pas très hygiénique. De plus il n'y a pas de qualité et c'est vraiment pas très bon. Au niveau ménages, les lits sont faits mais on n'oublie la salle de bain et vous restez deux jours avec des serviettes humides. La photo du petit déjeuner est mensongère car il faut sans cesse réclamer pour un croissant ou autre. Par contre le sucre en poudre n'existe pas c'est donc difficile de sucrer des céréales ou un fromage blanc basse qualité. A votre départ faîtes bien attention, on m'a réclamé le paiement d'une chambre alors que tout avait été réglé à notre arrivée

C est la 2em fois que j ai cette chambre et le sol est toujours imbibé d eau devant la salle de bain.
La porte centrale tres dure a fermer et ce jour la télé affiche aucun signal donc pas de télé..
Cet hotel ne merite pas son prix.

Une catastrophe, mal polie chambre salle après leur avoir dit je me suis fait copieusement insulter le passage du service hygiène serai approprié des hotel qui ont la non campanile sont la honte de l’enseigne à fermer. Restauration. Dangereux pour la santé a fuir Pour moi plus jamais .

L'hôtel est bien situé mais vieillot. Les 3 étoiles sont surfaites (moquette au sol et pas de clim). Le personnel est très compétent et très motivé mais un peu dépassé notamment au moment du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes resté 2 jours, les chambres n'ont pas été faites le 2ème jour, les serviettes pas changées, il a fallu allé les chercher à l'accueil. Pas de chance pour les petits déjeuners car nous sommes passés après un autocar (les 2 jours) qui avaient à peu près tout pillé. Nous avons couru après beaucoup de choses pour manger correctement. Il faut dire que la serveuse était toute seule pour débarrasser les tables, nettoyer et approvisionner le buffet.

Accueil repas très bien le bruit de de enfants jusqu'à tard le soir sa pas cool j'ai pris la chambre pour rien j'ai pas pu copuler a cause des bruits c pas la première fois mais sa sera la dernière

Ho prenotato una doppia con trattamento di mezza pensione il giorno prima, ma appena arrivata mi hanno detto che il ristorante era chiuso, mi hanno annullato la prenotazione e mi hanno fatto pagare la camera al prezzo corrente. Io e mio marito quando viaggiamo in Francia ci serviamo spesso di questa catena e ci siamo sempre trovati bene, camere pulite, parcheggio comodissimo e staff cordiale, ma questa volta siamo rimasti delusi. Per fortuna nelle vicinanze ci sono catene di fast food e un'ottima boulangerie accanto all'hotel. Aggiungo che ho fatto presente l'accaduto al Customer Service e devo dire che sono stati molto corretti e veloci , offrendomi un buono a copertura del sovrapprezzo speso. Lo utilizzeremo senz'altro il mese prossimo.
