Pros:
The location it's nice and quiet.
Friendly staff.
Quality of Food.
Cleanliness
Cons:
The Wifi quality it's horrible, one of the worst I experienced.
The Towels were pretty old and hard.
Rooms need to be updated.
Lack of transport to and from the town center.

Cut place, great view to the ocean. Good pull. Absolutely friendly personal. What would I improve or add? Why 4? Would be nice to have more furry beach towels. And reduce portions on the restaurant. Yes, yes, they are too big. At least for women😜.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the beach. Well appointed with lovely reception and housekeeping staff. The problem was the bar and pool staff. I've never encountered such bad service. The level was so below standard that I can only assume they are all new. My advice would be to retrain the bar and pool staff. Maybe even have the breakfast lady to give them a few pointers. She managed the entire dinning area by herself and no one was kept waiting. Its a pity because the hotel has such great potential.

The hotel, excellent, the location, superb and the people, the best. We stayed only two days, but if you want to enjoy the island and hotel, you need a minimum of five. Even, if you need WiFi, you have it in every room, not only in common areas.

We arrived at noon. Our room was ready at 2PM. We ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. There was only one bartender so drinks were slow. Food was decent. This hotel seems to split the island between loud and quiet. Great location.

A Pousada é fantástica e os funcionários sensacionais. Amamos o café da manhã e toda a instalação da Pousada. Os quartos são muito limpos e confortáveis. A Pousada Caeira é excelente para quem quer conforto e tranquilidade. Com certeza se nós voltarmos a Morro de São Paulo esse Pousada será a primeira opção de hospedagem.

Nossa experiência foi surpreendente na pousada! Já ficamos apaixonados pelas fotos do local mas quando chegamos lá superou nossas expectativas. A estrutura da pousada, a qualidade da limpeza, o serviço de transporte que é disponibilizado aos hóspedes, o café da manhã é excelente, você se sente cuidado em cada detalhe! Os funcionários super educados, simpáticos e atenciosos! A Júlia da recepção é um amor e a Vanessa que nos atendeu em toda manhã no café é de uma simpatia e cuidado inexplicável! Agradeço por esses dias nesse paraíso, cheio de pessoas incríveis.

La posada es excelente. Nos hospedamos en la 4ta playa y las habitaciones son hermosas. Tienen un carrito que te traslada a la 3era playa que es donde está el lobby y sirven desayuno. Muy amables todos, el desayuno es completo y rico. Muy atentos con el servicio. Recomiendo!
